About Video:
Ultra Talent/Form video will focus purely to showcase unit's full potential. We will throw every upgrade available and see the final product through the end. By the time you finish this video, you will learn two important information:
1. What you can expect from their Ultra Talent/Form
2. How much investment you need to fully grow them
About Cost Table:
It's used to calculate the overall NP or other item investment needed to fully grow them. All investments are categorized into 5 parts:
1. Basic: What you need to unlock Ultra Talent/Form from Lv50. It always contains 15 Dark Catesyes and evolution material for Ultra Form.
2. Primary. The bare minimum to reach the ideal Ultra Form/Talent
3. Secondary. Supplementary investment that doesn't as important as Primary, but still contributes to final product. Ideally, you want to purchase everything in Primary and Secondary
4. Optional. Generally good investment, but it's unrelated to final product or just give small benefit
5. Not Recommended: It's bad investment, sometimes worthless.
About Personal Score:
It's my own personal score about how important Ultra Talent/Form is.
- 1 Star: It's borderline scam. You gain nothing from this investment
- 2 Star: There is clear change and improvement but it's not enough to justify the investment. Mostly either the final product is situational or easily replaceable
- 3 Star: It's good investment but I don't find it appealing or interesting
- 4 Star: A staple final product. Easily change the unit to heavy top class. You can't go wrong with this investment
- 5 Star: The ideal Ultra Talent/Form. Change the unit to the meta unit. Personally I recommend this investment.

No shot Ponos saw the anti-alien tanker, wanted to improve his performance against starred alien, took into account their 2 main abilities and thought 'Damn, if there's 1 thing thus unit NEEDS, it's barrier breaker'
and funny enough his damage is allready high enough so he would only need it agaist realy meaty shield like ultra baba and le solar
I'd argue his barrier breaker talent is still something to consider, Def not a huge priority at all, but if you are struggling with you-can/ relic stages, it might be worth picking it up (and of course curse immune)
@@Shabowdiadlo there are three you can+Relic stages. Two of them feature M.Ost that's going to obliterate him either way. Another one has Sir Rel which is another worst kind of DPS machine.

@@SilumanTomcatReborn yeah... Reconsidering that idea, especially since it's a 19% chance at lvl 1 and not at least 50% probably would put at least 1 level in it if it was 50% with it being 19.... Yeah not really worth it, but it's funny

@ville4090 ever heard of wave blocking? Octopus cat for exemple has it. Apply the wave block principle for surge. Thats what im talking about
@@ber093 not very real, the surge has random attack area, if this ability even exists, 1 unit cannot take every surge from every enemy, some of them even have very large area
@@niknikitin2552 It's not a real thing, also if it were to then what it can do is protect the area the unit is standing at that a surge may pop up in allowing things like your stack of backliners being sniped by a rouge serge attack from happening, essentially if the serge lands somewhere a surge blocker is standing then the blocker would prevent it, simple concept

It's amazing how these Ultra Talents so badly missed what people complained about with Cat Machine. But hey, at least that's one less Dynamite we can count on getting a UF in the near future.
yeah getting foreswing reduced in an ultra form as long as it was a meaningful amount would have been a great change
I don’t think the tba reduction is as bad as people say. You don’t really need him all the way in the front all of the time. He would kinda work like mid ranged tanks in a way.
That leaves 3 Dynamites that'll get a UF: Paladin, Balrog, and Baby Cat. These three only have basic talents. Which of them needs a UF the most?

Don't forget Cat Clan. They're an option too.
I seriously doubt it would be either Paladin or Balrog, Paladin because we already have Ultra Kaguya making Metal enemies not exist anymore, and Balrog because I seriously doubt even PONOS would be insane enough to make that guy any more powerful. That leaves Baby and Cat Clan, and that's a big toss up IMO.
@@timmyreobed5043 I agree that it's either Baby Cat or Cat Clan. If it's a Luga they'll give a UF instead, it's obviously Assassinlan. Giving Assassinlan Omnistrike via a UF will effectively turn him into an automatic Slow Beam.
I don't care what people say, but Cat Machine is my favorite unit. I don't care that he's irrelevant or outclassed, it's fun to use him and i use him for every stage i can. Also his design is incredible! I was patiently waiting for Ponos to either give him an ultra form or ultra talents but they had to ruin it. They could have given him warp immune at the very least like come on...

First Ultra Talents and Fourth forms are ONLY for ubers, require a ressource you can't even whale for so it's not a cash grab maneuvre, and ONTOP OF THAT some are completely useless ??? Seriously what the hell is their priorities during these times at PONOS ?

Wave blocker, a tanker, Barrier breaker, immune to kb and curse. PERFECT FOR A TANK
Waiting for Ultra Form Cat Machine
- Gain relic typing
- Gain warp blocker
- Halfed it's attack animation (might be too OP, but c'mon. At least reduced it or something, Ponos)
- Attack become single hit long range attack with no blindspot (minimum range is 1; or at least 100 like Gigapult) so it become perfect tanker on enemy base
That is if units with both UF and UTs are ever a thing

Ponos when they knock it out kf thr park with 1 talent they probably missed at least 70 before it
It stinks to say, but even with how impressive the 3.5 mil health is, at least against red feels redundant with how tanky he already is, and having a level 50 babel really shows it off, I think he sits near a similar amount of effective health
It's kind of amazing how badly Ponos botched his UTs.
If they wanted to give some offensive power to Cat Machine they should give something like savage blow or surge attack instead of TBA reduction so that long foreswing is gonna be worth something at the very least
Although I get if it's just hard to make an old Uber good again the most braindead thing they could do is giving him relic typing 💀
barrier breaker looks even more pointless when you realize that at this level with attack up, it can nearly kill any barrier in the game with just bruteforce, and am pretty sure with some + levels boosts or even attack talent it can just straight up destroy even ultrabaabaa, i really don't see the point on giving it that, one of my favorite units and ponos just doesn't even bother to think of anything that would help to improve it, they just don't even care, to the point the talents and stuff feel like they are AI generated or something, because there is no way there is any thought on something like this, they could have given it something cool and op that would make it at least negate a bit of its bad sides, even if its something silly like counter surge, they could have given it an ultraform to change their stupid decision on making the attack take full 6 seconds to land with a new animation, but they can't be bothered

The thing is his tba ultra talent have one purpose that is his freeze ability talent to make it a reliable cc unit but he's a tanker so yeah just don't purchase that one
Cat Machine's freeze isn't reliable or viable though:
1) It's a coin-flip if Cat Machine want to freeze an enemy or not
2) The freeze's uptime is not that great, only around 58% of the time
3) Cat Machine is a melee unit so he won't be able to freeze enemies from midrange beyond
4) We already have ICat and Seafarer who can freeze the melee enemies much more effective
5) For 235 NP, this mediocre talent is not worth the cost.

Should have gotten ultra form instead. That should patch up most of his problems but PONOS likes to do their own thing.
I feel like cat machine has certain types of stages that he completely destroys, and everywhere else he’s utterly useless. Without a fundamental change to his kit I don’t think anything will change. It’s not like there’s really any stages where he almost works but is just barely too weak.
Rip other targets or faster animation or warp immune
Atk animation can't be sped up via talents, so he would need an ultra form to fix that issue
I'm sure ponos could do it with ultra talents considering they added the ability to change the time between attacks
One thing is changing a stat, another one is changing the sprites. I can't see PONOS adding an animation-altering talent. While they could add it, it's pretty unnecessary when ultra forms already exist, and as we get new ultra forms each update, it wouldn't take long for an uber with ultra talents also receive an ultra form (or vice-versa), which now includes Cat Machine Mk3

Perhaps the reason why PONOS didnt want to give cat machine warp immunity ultra talent because they wanted him to survive for longer
He's a tanker, he's supposed to be in the front soaking damage for your other units to survive longer.

Biggest fall from grace with this unit. From only wave blocker in the game for a while to whatever these talents are
PONOS flopping hard when it comes to talents in this update. Pretty much nothing.
They cooked so hard with the collab, they didn't have sauce left for the other content.
This makes me sad. Cat Machine was my first ever Uber on Battle Cats and seeing him become more and more irrelevant as time goes on...
