Matt, Kasli the Bane is mostly used for her insanely high LD Surge DPS and the curse is like a small cherry on top. I strongly encourage you to use her in (almost) every stage, especially the ones with peon spam.
I have the Uber fest kasli and it’s kinda the same thing but it does knock back like a sort of non suicidal Doran that constantly hits. The curse gets really useful for epic fest kasli but both can’t be used in surge immune/ high range enemies

Kasli, Daughter of Chaos is built around her very high surge DPS - she is a backliner attacker and the curse is like a small cherry on top. You can absolutely use Uberfest Kasli for DPS and Epicfest Kasli for her curse, but most of the time when you’re bringing Kasli, it’s for her knockback, alike how most of the times you’re bringing Dasli it’s for her high DPS
Dasli’s curse is a bonus, the main focus of her is her absurd DPS, she deals so much damage if you max her out with catseyes, but a lot of behemoths have surge immune and there are some enemies (eg. Angel otter) that surge you if they get surged themselves, which makes Kasia awkward to use on those stages. But on any level without surge immune or surge reflect, Kasli absolutely MELTS enemies.
Matt for seed tracking you can track the gaurteen as well so you could of gotten asuka it probably less then 10 spin the 11 time also curse stop some ability’s from working for example if a enemy slows or freezes if you curse then they no longer curse or slow when their curse
Make sure you get Dasli to atleast level 45, I personally have her at 60+2 but she's one of the best if not the best stat based unit in the entire game so leveling her as much as you can is 1000% worth it.
@@thyhumanity8857 You get lucky or you don't. Even with seed tracking depending on your RNG it can be nigh impossible. When I checked last she was more than 660 rolls out for me. And you can also be on the wrong track and accidentally skip right over her. If you just don't want to do seed tracking because of the startup cost of a few rare tickets or some cat food, do it anyway. The value you can get from gacha thereafter is so much better. Also lets you get a lot more out of plat tickets because you can change your position with normal gacha rolls until you're in the right spot to pull a good uber from the platinum pool, rather than just wasting the ticket.

If you look in the filter in the equip or upgrade menus, all ability icons are diveded into "effects" and "abilities". Only effects (and, for the enemies, the toxic ability) get deactivated by curse, everything else is unaffected. You mentioned in the video that you have troubles remembering what gets deactivated by curse and what doesn't, hopefully this helps

new kappy isn't immune to surge but just has surge reflection, also you don't really use kasli for curse but more for her insane damage and surge. if I remember she has around 20 k dps at level 50 against all traits
Yeah, and immunity to surge, wave, and some other debuffs. I disagree heavily with the top comment underplaying her. She has more damage than Amaterasu, better survivability, and works against surge and wave enemies. Her curse ability isn’t the best in the game generally, but in certain stages it probably is the best in the game. It shuts off enemies that practically only function with their ability, making enemies like Henry become essentially a non threat. And she is especially good against relics because her curse actually stops their ability to curse, making all of your other cats effectively much stronger. This is just on top of her cracked damage. I have her, and I don’t even use her in story and legend stages because she often shuts down the challenge of levels. I do use her to farm though.

Curse disables all crowd control abilities plus toxic and warp, but NOT waves, surge, crits or savage blow. Curse also disables strong against, massive/insane damage, and tough/insanely tough Basically, curse disables all abilities that only work against specific traits, but things like crits that affect all traits are unaffected
Kasli can disable abilities that affect specific traits (and all cats in case of enemies' abilities) such as weakening, slowing, freezing etc, but for some reason curse disables toxic too, so if you bring Kasli you make your whole loadout immune to toxic as long as the enemies stay cursed.
Please do kappa sr. Stage its basically the same but not vigger range and bugger club dmg AND BTW I RECOMMEND GETTING AWK BAHAMUT TO LVL 50 ( its mostly for personal satisfsction ) and please do more zero legends and get kasli to lvl 45 at least and if u see this have a great day
NICE! I also recently got Dasli, she carries on so many stages but becareful because in ZL (I'm not up to it but I know) there's surge counter enemies that basically use Dasli's surge to their advantage and absolutely shred your units.
I got all three of them, its funny how ponos didnt take into consideration how strong surge is at first and had to add counter surge as a final straw bruh

Congratulations you now have the best uber in the game! Some say Phono has overtaken her but Kasli the Bane is generally considered the best. She has high health and knockback count, very high LD (long range) damage per second, and her curse sometimes removes her only weakness of not being immune to slow or freeze.
I am not gonna argue after this, but Kasli is better than Phonoa. Phono does do a bit better in multi-crown *cough* 3 crown PS *cough*. I think Phonoa will prove more effective as ZL progresses.
Dps wise Dark phono (ig what people are talking about) is actually better that dasli. Who is yet to drop on en version. Phonoa is not that better than her for sure. Just a better ld amaterasu ig. But dark phono who has a multihit slow with minisurges has massive dps over her and has longer standing range and hit range. So if enemies are pushing hard, dasli will get overwhelmed there but with Dark phono, that’ll be easy to handle because of the large area piercing slow. So yeah, end of dasli reign I believe. Dark phono is overall better dps wise and debuff wise because what will you do with curse when the enemy just hits extremely hard aoe and peons just rush fast. Dasli’s hit might miss because of that but dark phono’s multihit hits for sure and slows as well.

Dkasli is good for general dps, phonoa is good for clearing out lots of traited enemies, dhono is a good generalist for all traits and has a supplementary slow against all traits. Dhono and phonoa work both really well
This was my favorite event because I love the seris, I was sad when I didn’t even get any of the event units because I was sick😢 (Also Matt, cursing gets rid of the enemy’s ability’s it’s the same when an enemy curses a unit, say if a enemy crits, when it’s cursed it can’t crit)
kasli's curse isn't that important most of the time (sometimes it's great). what makes her that great is her surge that does amazing damage with her great hp and range it makes her the best uber in the game, i believe you should use her every time the boss dousn't outrange her (even if he is she can still do couple hits but she will die faster). she also have surge and wave immunity so you can also use her when the boss have surges or waves. oh and if the enemy have toxic (the attack that does % of cats health) you should always take her since her curse can cancel the toxic and make that stage a joke.
You don’t have to do this if you don’t want to, Using Kasli kind of ruins the challenge of battle cats and makes every stage a blow. This is from my experience with her. She should only be used when she’s your last hope or when your in a challenging stage, like a brutal stage. If you use her in every stage, you advance way to fast and then you’ll be left having almost nothing to do. Just use her rarely Like again, you don’t have to do this if you don’t want to.
He is at a point where kasli really doesn't destroy stages anymore and just really helps and anyway he already uses phonoa which is way better than dasli for most parts

I got kasli the bane before beating chapter 3 and used my free cat god to stun lock bun bun (the only superior treasures I had were ones I happened to get)
Now there's absolutely not a single excuse to clear at least all SoL and UL up to 30th chapter. Dasli is that broken man ( My first uber back in 2020, and yeah got it at EoC Ch 2, it was crazy)
Hi matt, you should definitely try the stage on total myopia, the loris as a backliner will kill you crit hitters but with kasli the level is a joke as kasli will just hit the loris with long range, and cursing them allowing the curser to not curse😂
Now I know what to write. If you look at a unit's abilities in their descriptions there are two rows. So what curse does is that it removes the top row and it stops it from working. It does the same for the enemy side
I dont think Matt knows that the angels in the event are not the same trait as the regular angels. These angels use another trait which is the Eva angel trait and in order to beat these stages it is recommended to have ubers or strong units that have the eva angel killer trait.
Dark Kasli is amazing when you have a stepping stone. Meaning if theres a bun bun pushing and a Professor A behind. she'll hit the bun bun and the surge will do ridiculous damage to the Professor A. She's not good on most of the Eva stages because the Eva stages are made to be beaten with Eva units.
Matt, Dasli’s curse is not as good as her over 16k surge DPS at level 40 and she is good in many stages that do not include a back liner with range. What a curse does is essentially take away enemy debuffs. I like to use her for winged Pigge especially because she outranges it and makes it so that it cannot weaken your units to 10% stats, but any other enemy which does something similar, including slowing, freezing, knocking back your units, or toxic ability will also be nullified.
What I love about kasli is that she curses relics, and thus cancels their curse debuffs. This allows my CC units to come in full force to CC the non-relic units.
Dasli helped me beat Sol a lot And she is still a reason why I am progressing in UL and Star Sol. Hope she will help you. BTW I love your videos keep going.

you should get mitama. its one of the best, if not the best units in the game. it is resistant and 100% slows all traited enemies so its tanky and is a debuffer, and the fact that its damage is not low means that its literally one of the best generalists in the game
Idk what exactly you mean by "can't get asukasli without spending hundreds of dollars", if you're seed tracking (like you are, no judging, i do it too lol), then you should be able to get asukasli using everything you currently had Just line up an uber guarenteed, pull the uber guarenteed, and boom kasli time. I have two kaslis, excluding the best one (dasli) :( It’s kinda funny how I got the other kaslis For the Uber fest kasli, I had one rare ticket and i was like, well, I should use it cause I can, something might happen and I got it For Asukasli, I literally just rolled Eva because I don’t want to miss out all the units and I got Asukasli first try (with 11 roll) But it’s better how Matt rolled one platinum ticket and out of SO many Ubers in the game he just got debatably the best one in the game

This was my favorite event because I love the seris, I was sad when I didn’t even get any of the event units because I was sick😢
(Also Matt, cursing gets rid of the enemy’s ability’s it’s the same when an enemy curses a unit, say if a enemy crits, when it’s cursed it can’t crit)
kasli's curse isn't that important most of the time (sometimes it's great). what makes her that great is her surge that does amazing damage with her great hp and range it makes her the best uber in the game, i believe you should use her every time the boss dousn't outrange her (even if he is she can still do couple hits but she will die faster). she also have surge and wave immunity so you can also use her when the boss have surges or waves. oh and if the enemy have toxic (the attack that does % of cats health) you should always take her since her curse can cancel the toxic and make that stage a joke.

Using Kasli kind of ruins the challenge of battle cats and makes every stage a blow. This is from my experience with her. She should only be used when she’s your last hope or when your in a challenging stage, like a brutal stage. If you use her in every stage, you advance way to fast and then you’ll be left having almost nothing to do. Just use her rarely

He is at a point where kasli really doesn't destroy stages anymore and just really helps and anyway he already uses phonoa which is way better than dasli for most parts
In my humble opinion: The Eva-02 Unit is by far the best Unit that you can pick up especially at it’s True Form

Hi matt, you should definitely try the stage on total myopia, the loris as a backliner will kill you crit hitters but with kasli the level is a joke as kasli will just hit the loris with long range, and cursing them allowing the curser to not curse😂

If you look at a unit's abilities in their descriptions there are two rows. So what curse does is that it removes the top row and it stops it from working. It does the same for the enemy side

I dont think Matt knows that the angels in the event are not the same trait as the regular angels. These angels use another trait which is the Eva angel trait and in order to beat these stages it is recommended to have ubers or strong units that have the eva angel killer trait.

Dark Kasli is amazing when you have a stepping stone. Meaning if theres a bun bun pushing and a Professor A behind. she'll hit the bun bun and the surge will do ridiculous damage to the Professor A.
She's not good on most of the Eva stages because the Eva stages are made to be beaten with Eva units.

Matt, Dasli’s curse is not as good as her over 16k surge DPS at level 40 and she is good in many stages that do not include a back liner with range. What a curse does is essentially take away enemy debuffs. I like to use her for winged Pigge especially because she outranges it and makes it so that it cannot weaken your units to 10% stats, but any other enemy which does something similar, including slowing, freezing, knocking back your units, or toxic ability will also be nullified.
What I love about kasli is that she curses relics, and thus cancels their curse debuffs. This allows my CC units to come in full force to CC the non-relic units.

you should get mitama. its one of the best, if not the best units in the game. it is resistant and 100% slows all traited enemies so its tanky and is a debuffer, and the fact that its damage is not low means that its literally one of the best generalists in the game

Idk what exactly you mean by "can't get asukasli without spending hundreds of dollars", if you're seed tracking (like you are, no judging, i do it too lol), then you should be able to get asukasli using everything you currently had

For the Uber fest kasli, I had one rare ticket and i was like, well, I should use it cause I can, something might happen and I got it
For Asukasli, I literally just rolled Eva because I don’t want to miss out all the units and I got Asukasli first try (with 11 roll)
But it’s better how Matt rolled one platinum ticket and out of SO many Ubers in the game he just got debatably the best one in the game
