- Here we have an iPhone X that is not charging - the easy and fast fix, almost 80% of the time is to separate the 2 boards and replace 2 coils - L3341 and L3340.
Some of the tools and supplies i use all time
Sugon T26 soldering station with JBC C210-018, C210-002 and C210-020 tips
Gordak 952-A (I'm using this only for it's soldering iron)
8858 Hot Air Station (no name)
Seek Compact XR Thermal Camera
Sunshine DT-17N Multimeter
HY3005D Power Supply (very old)
Kingbo RMA 218 Flux
Baku BK-227 Flux
Cynel Soldering Wire 0.5mm and 0.7mm

wonderful, have u check the continuity of the coil to be sure. i have a situation, i only heat the ic and is start working, maybe a desolder point cause it. anyway thanks for the info 🤝

I always check the continuity and it has the continuity, the problem is when it start switching, the wire inside the coil drops continuity to 0 sometime. So somewere is a crack or some break point.
Is like on the iphone 12/12 pro earspeaker, the wire is ok, but when you check under microscope you see that is broken :D .

My guess is they didn't crack! I think is because of the frequency and the heat. The wire isolation from the coil got cracked or something

Hello, charging IC on Iphone XR is different than Iphone X.
What is the problem, is not charging or the charger is not detected? Shows 1% battery?
When the phone is off and you plug the charger, the phone is powering up?
when i plug a charger .phone on but not show charging icon
after few mint fone restart again and again

Check battery connector on motherboard, test with another battery!
try with new battery but same
