How to Reball an iPhone 14 Logic Board Sandwich - Microsoldering & Motherboard Repair

I demonstrate my techniques when needing to reball an iPhone 14 Pro motherboard. This involves reflowing both the bottom and top board with low melt solder, flattening and cleaning the pads, reballing the bottom board, and rejoining the two boards back together.

great job and footage!. would it be beneficial to add some slight pressure or weight to the top board in the final re-fuze of the two halves? it seems perhaps its own weight of the top board on the heating block could be slightly insufficient? if there is the smallest warp on one end as the two halves melt together ? hmm. it worked though

I've never seen someone prepare sandwich pads with a cnc, that would be interesting to see. In general I've never really liked cnc, but maybe its because I haven't mastered using it!
