The Perfect Seekh Kabab Recipe

- Ingredients:
¼ cup onion
500 gm minced meat
½ tsp garlic paste
½ tsp ginger paste
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp roasted cumin
1 tsp coriander
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp red chili powder
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ghee
2 long pepper
Instructions:
1. Mix ground meat with grated onion
2. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, pepper, roasted cumin, coriander, garam masala, red chili powder, red chili flakes, salt, and ghee
3. Mix in crushed long pepper
4. Refrigerate the meat for 1 hour
5. Place meat on skewer
6. Cook for 12 to 14 minutes using a cast iron
7. Alternative method for cooking is using a non-stick aluminum or still pan
8. Ready to enjoy!

But due to heat if the synthetic cello tape melts it will very harmful for our body.Moreover aluminium foil is not a good idea for skewing.Better to skip this with normal skewer.A little invest will save your health for a better future.
A pencil wrapped in aluminium might be better.

I really don't understand why we are considering this as a seekh kabab? It's not traditional restaurant style seekh kabab tbh. It should be thin cut not this minced beef.
