You often have to take accountability for, explain and justify things however some stuff is just are just nonsensical. So when, for example, an engineer came to a customers property and declared they couldn't do the work because they needed a hoist to get access for the 2nd time and the customer says "he knew he needed the hoist because of the failed visit last time" you sometimes just have to say "look, I don't know why that happened, all the notes and processing required to make sure the have the equipment so the fact the didn't is a mistake, I don't know why it happened, but it did, so let's move on"

I asked one of the employees and she was just like this 💕 I still think about her and how her daughter, Krista, ended up doing in her psychology program. She must have graduated now and I bet she, her mom, and her brother had a nice celebration. The dad was never mentioned but I know they were hoping Grandpa would make it to see her graduate 😅 She had me get these numbing throat lozenges that worked like a charm!

Told him paracetamol was Tylenol, and warned him of making sure he took them 4 hours apart and only for a couple of days. I also told him about our strict limits on paracetamol, policy. He walked off with some lemsip, throat lozenges and paracetamol. Repeating to me; "NO paracetamol, if I have lemsip and vice a versa"! He had no knowledge of my family. But like you? I wonder if he graduated and remembers this old English mother Hen! 😆

I believe it's the other way around in the states with the South being favoured. I am a Southerner but I live up North. I quite often shop on a weekday and end up talking and chatting in the shops . It also applies to Northern call centres I had a conversation for 20 mins with a Lovely woman from Newcastle I now know all about her Family.😊. The woman doing this Video sounds to me as East Yorkshire accent as in Yorkshire the biggest County the accent changes within a few miles if you look on a map Barnsley and Sheffield are just a few miles separate but it's totally different and this Lady I think is from Scarborough Whitby area. It's much better UP North! Can you tell me just for interest where you had that conversation and did you get up North. I've been to the States and had a long time American friend here and I always try to help visitors I love relating our long History especially if they have not travelled before to Europe. When you're a kid, this part is both boring and informative. Learning to listen while pretending not to can provide intel to be used at a later date that can either be useful or get you into a lot of trouble. 🤭

I'm American based in NYC, but years 7-9 I was actually living near Durham and going to school in Washington, and I remember hearing this exact dynamic from the other side when in/near the administration/headmaster's offices. That bit where she's like, "SIT DOWN!" Classic. We were right little shits back then. 😂
Hahahaha! Not northern, but our old school receptionist was like this. She disliked the head master as much as us kids and according to my old school friends, "totally favoured", me!
