- @HubNut Some photos of our very first car show together back in 2021 - you could say this is where the idea of starting a RUclips channel first came from. #automobile #classiccar #classiccars #petrolhead #classiccarshow #classic #classicautomobile
The Ford Fairmont is really looking great. I can remember to have seen it back in the early 00s when I was once for vacation in Australia.
Never seen these Dodge Vans
Also I've never seen a Lancia Appia
Lovely Ford Taunus GXL. Loving the Sierra as well - this first series is my favorite.
Citroen AX is also super rare, now. These have been so popular back in the days - especially the Diesel with the super duper low fuel consumption.
The Montego is looking amazing in white with the red highlights
I can still remember the Mazda 929 ... wow, haven't seen one for decades.
The Ford Granada was also super popular back in the old days.
My grand uncle Siegfried had an Opel Ascona in the colour like the Cavalier.
Nissan (Cherry) Europe - it's really a rarity. In my youth I've seen it usually as Alfa Romeo Arna. I can't remember to have seen this one as a Nissan although Nissan was quite popular back then. I'm thinking back then Nissan did sell the Sunny instead of the Cherry over here. Or perhabs people did just go for the Sunny instead.
I can remember about the time when I was also checking for all old fotos to create a slide show for the channel as content. And nowadays I have so many videos because of recording so much, haha. When my shoulder is better (I can move it a little bit more, now - no more wearing the orthesis during the day since this week (first few days were still awful but it is getting better with every day - but the arm has no strength and outer rotation is also still impossible). So it may still take a while. But when I am better then I can also try to show some diecast model cars during the dark season.
Have a great evening Mike & Maia!
Thanks Sven - sorry we've been quiet but with the funeral and everything we're way behind on our RUclips viewing. Glad to hear your getting better - have a wonderful festive holiday and look forward to sharing our adventures in 2025. Mike & Maia
@@OldCarsNewVan No worries, it's fully understandable. Take your time and gain back the power of your batteries. Wishing you both also a wonderful Christmas!
