the answer is no and yes, most of the time it does not support 4tb at one slot but there are certain brands that are being supported like crucial. check with the manufacturer before you buy the ssd.
not really. try to use rufus for creating the bootable usb in order to eliminate the need of minimum hardware requirements. sometimes windows 11 does not support some systems.

the maximum you can add is 2tb and you can add 3 ssd you will have 3tb
