  • Salad Prawns is a restaurant dish, but it's much easier than you thought for us to make it at home. Take a look at this video, one thing to take note however, do not mix the mayonaise in a hot wok, as the oil may separate.
    Ingredients:
    15 medium size prawns (de-shell)
    1 green apple (cut into small cube)
    1 calamansi
    Mayonnaise
    Marinade:
    Pinch of fine salt
    Few dashes of white pepper
    1 egg yolk
    Enough amount of corn-starch
