Really enjoyed your comparison. We are interested in purchasing a Blazer EV but we are on the other side of Pa. In Hatboro, just north of Philadelphia.
I prefer the regular door handles after seeing the issues presented by the flush ones shorting out in some other cars due to electronics behind them. *cough VW*
Thank you for the comparison. It seems I would still prefer the Tesla model Y to the blazer ev. The model Y has a big frunk, supports all the superchargers with a charging port well positioned for it and doesn't cost more. Add to that a great app and frequent OTA updates to the vehicle.
@@c.harperautogroup I just feel like all these brands feel like THEY are gonna be the “NEXT TESLA” and feel like they can charge more but don’t bring anything to the table that will convince anyone. At least the Kia Hyundai group has the 800 volt fast charging but not sure about GM.
I feel like a dunce - I’m trying to distinguish between LT and RS Equinox models but not finding clear information. Perhaps you can help? PS: I really appreciate your positivity in your replies - even to trolls 👍
@@c.harperautogroup I don't want the AWD, nor Supercruise. I ordered the Equinox EV 2RS front wheel drive. Very nice car! Tried it yesterday and I loved it.
Just bought Blazer . 500 miles , charging , is a challenge. But really this is my Camero, sharp car , age almost 70 .
It will all get easier with time :) Enjoy your beautiful new car!
If you can install a level 2 in your home.

Glad to hear and hello from the other side of Pa! I think you'll love the Blazer EV, it's an impressive vehicle.
Now this is a tough choice!
I wish the Equinox would have more power without having to go to the AWD.
Agree. Guess they have to differentiate between the Blazer

Gotcha, can't go wrong with normal door handles!

No disrespect to the original from us!
I went with the Equinox RS. Price was literally the same for each
Awesome choice! What color did you end up with?
@@c.harperautogroup A black Launch edition. I love it 😎
@@jasonmendonca6061 The RS looks mean in black!

Nice review thanks
Thanks for watching!
Great comparison!
Glad you enjoyed it
memory seats is on equinox level 3 models.
Thanks for pointing that out. Level 3 has all the goodies but sure isn't cheap!
Can you get cooled seats on the Equinox EV?
yup , but you need to get the 3RS model
Yeah, 3RS model comes standard with them
or 3LT
2 doors and a solar sunroof would be nice options.
A two door would be so cool!
😢😢😢Just went to my local Chevy dealership and the Equinox was $50k and the Blazer was $61k!! How in the world will these sell????
They need to have a good lease program on them imo. That's what most consumers wanting electric are looking for currently

Not sure about your location but here in Los Angeles I just picked up a Blazer EV RS (RWD) lease for $352 mo.
24 mos
10k miles
$1000 down
Great video. Thank you
Thanks for watching!
Anyone knows if the blazer we more noise insulation?
I wish I knew the answer - will have to drive them back to back
Ughh stuck between the 2 !!
Tough call! I would go with whichever is the better deal :)
No blue cruise on blazer which is on equinox
You can get Super Cruise on the Blazer EV but the model I show didn't have it. Personally, I've seen it more on Equinox EV which is interesting.
When can I order the 1LT???
Hopefully again soon!
😂I was getting motion sickness from the in and out filming outside of the vehicles.
Whoops
buy the 1 that consumer reports recommends
Consumer Reports is okay but sometimes their sample size is too small.
@@c.harperautogroup and thats how we got a substandard Bosch dishwasher
I like the Equinox but I can't stand those door handles.
I think they're kind of fun and futuristic but totally understand why one wouldn't like the design.
@@c.harperautogroup It just adds unnecessary complexity that's been known to have problems.
Love that hey google!!
Me too. I never really used voice commands in cars but with Google in these it's much easier to use
I don't love the "gills" on the blazer

I should def make a video on those differences - it can get a little tricky between both 2/LT and 2/3RS trim levels.
Ths Equinox is far from compact. The Blazer is enormous, not mid-size. The difference is 10,000 dollars.
Agree, they're both large for their segments. Price difference between these two shown on video is only $3,800

@@SciD1 That's great! It's a very impressive vehicle!
Equinox looks more sporty.
I think so too!
"Should?" "Should?"
You should!
Blazer is substantially better. Producing the Equinox is pointless.
Just curious, what do you think makes it substantially better? I do agree they're too close too each other in size and price.
OMG! What about the most important thing to do on a video review; a driving test? 😱
Wtf?
This video is more about the difference between the two, but happy to do a driving test too!
What's point they're almost same like bolt ev vs euv. What chevy was thinking 🤔????
I wouldn't touch either one of these EV's with a 10 ft pole and that isn't FAKE News!!!
that's your choice.
Then you should be happy Chevy is offering both the gas Equinox and Blazer alongside the EV versions!!
@@c.harperautogroup I wouldn't buy a Chevy period!
@@BH-kg1wu ok then go get something that you like.
What you buy it don't buy isn't actually news.
