Are you ready to have a good cup of tea? I know I am. I love my tea! This is why we’ll talk about - what is the best tea to buy?
We're going to talk about the health benefits. We're going to talk about how to buy tea, what's the best kind of tea to buy to get the most amazing flavor.
    Health Benefits Of Tea
So tea is so popular in all of the health circles because of its value of antioxidants and flavonoids. These are so important because what they do is boost your immunity.
Also, it helps to decrease inflammation. Tea also helps prevent many cancers.
Now there are several varieties of tea and the first one, which is the most effective against cancers is your white tea. And this was first produced in China and India, it is extremely good because of its high level of antioxidants. It is the least processed of all tea leaves, and it also has the catechins and the tannins. It also has the least amount of caffeine.
We also have green tea. Green tea can be made from China or Japan, when it's made from China, they use heat they use frying and a roasting method, totally not the healthiest option. Now, when you're looking at a package, you're looking back here, and on the back of this Lipton package, it says, manufactured in the United States, although that's just where it's been put together, what you need to realize it's been sourced from globally sourced components.
As for green tea from Japan, the leaves are steamed instead of overheated and fried so you get a better medicinal effect. So just drinking green tea doesn't mean you're getting the benefit that you're looking for.
Another green tea variety is matcha green tea. Now many of you are familiar with matcha green tea, this is also a green tea, yet the leaves are more of the shade leaves. And this is important because the medicinal benefits of matcha green tea are one cup of matcha is equivalent to 10 cups of green tea, regular green tea. So if you're going for the medicinal benefits, go for the matcha versus just the regular green tea.
We also have some herbal teas and there are numerous herbal tea benefits. For instance, there’s the chamomile tea, which is perfect for women who are dealing with menstrual pain, or anyone who's dealing with muscle spasms and they need help with sleep. They need help with relaxing and reducing stress.
The second one would be rooibos tea. Now, this is perfect for everyone who has allergy symptoms, it helps to lessen the allergies, but that's not all. It also helps to improve blood pressure and circulation and decreases LDL cholesterol.
Another herbal tea that is a favorite is peppermint. It soothes the stomach and helps with constipation and helps with motion sickness.
Hibiscus is a perfect tea if you're wanting to lower blood pressure, lower your fat levels.

I found out that "Rooibos" means Red Bush, it's made from the Red Bush plant grown in South Africa. It has zinc, magnesium and calcium in it. Hi from South Africa Annette, thanks for this video. Rooibos tea comes from South Africa and we love it here, hot or cold it's amazing. We also have it with lemon and ginger in winter to ward off those nasty bugs. I was told many years ago that green tea shouldn't be placed in boiling water as it kills the chlorophyll, so I have it will warm water and then let it chill. Also the hotter the more bitter it is. Another tea I learnt of for flu symptoms is oregano. God bless you 🙏

Kratom not only took my pain away but no side effects . Depends on the strain you get but the white leaf that is green lol gives me energy and pain relief . We should all be using Gods plants for medicine before ever taking something man made . ♥️🙏

As a Brit from England I tend to believe I know a thing or two about tea lol. I’ve been drinking tea for more than 50 years lol I’ve tried over a hundred “tea’s”. It seems that whenever you put some plant into hot water and steep for a few minutes it’s called “TEA” lol
My favourite tea is PG Tips it’s absolutely incredible. It has a uniquely shaped bag. Sort of two pyramids attached at the bottom.
This is the tea I make for guests in my home.
My 2nd favourite is Tetley’s British blend. This is my go to tea every morning. It’s fantastic. It also has a uniquely shaped bag. The bag is round and kind of like a pillow. Or you could say its two circles sewn together with tea inside. It’s the perfect size to drop into a mug.
Life just wouldn’t be the same without tea lol. Cheers

For some reason, people think that white tea is better. Basically the processing is like taking tea and placing it on a sidewalk in the sun. It still causes the tea to ferment and chlorophyll to break down. This method is not my favourite. The best type of tea is green tea which has been steamed. It preserves the tea really well. Real Japanese green tea has a bright yellow or green colour (based on shading). We don't live next to tea plants, but if we did, we could pick the fresh tea leaves and use them.

Thank you for your video. I drink soooo much tea, normal English tea. I think I'm addicted to these teas, though I know herbals are better. I know caffeine isn't good in large quantities too, struggling not to have a cuppa. It's like a comfort to me. Will try the one's you've mentioned, as I'm over the top with my tea. 🙏

I drink A LOT of tea. I have to watch what is in some that appear to be the same, but ingridient differ from one to the other. There are several things that I'm allergic to & need to avoid them & one brand in particular makes me sick every time even though the listings don't have anything on them that I'm allergic to. Thank-you for this info.

I use traditional medicinals from wholefoods. Dandelion, fennel, rooibos, green teas, Hawthorne, hibiscus and other herbal teas. Yogi brand non gmo organic.i love green tea super antioxidant flavor. And use just a tiny amount of stevia. And teeccino brand dandelion dark roast, it mimics coffee flavor but caffeine free, probiotic acid free. Yum!

Are you familiar with Puer tea? Its loose leaf cakes usually, a fermented tea from China, I learned about it when discovering China's tea industry. Its usually only available in tea shops.
I usually have Matcha powdered tea most days. I understand all corn is GMO now.
