Prince on Sun Dragon: Full plate armour, shield, Blade of Leaping Gold
Archmage: Lvl 4 (High Magic)

5 Silver Helms: Shields, full command
2 Eagle Claw Bolt Throwers

Great format, and totally understandable for your first game, but that High elf list is ILLEGAL (i.e. cant have Prince and an Archmage). Makes a big difference! :)

You're wrong. HE are not subject to this prohibition. You confuse with DE.

@@nicolaihoronjuc its literally there in the first line on the front page of the army list: 0-1 Archmage OR Prince per 1000 pts. Try putting this list into any list builder

This is a really good format for a battle report. I’d probably start with a showcase of the units in the armies though.

Great battle report, love the short format. That said, this is another example of the new game being 'DragonHammer' where Lords on Dragons are easily available and basically unstoppable except for other mounted monsters.
Dragonhammer is very strong. I don't intend to always use one in TK however and I hope to experiment with the Mortuary Cult at some point too
Great game, love the short format it's very true there doesn't seem to be any "short and dirty" battle reports anymore.
I would love to see a little more details in the description of what happened. What spells were cast specifically rather and what that spell does rather than "buffs"
I'd also love to see the army list in the video, or a short walk through of each army before the report.

Thanks for the support 🙌 I will try to include a bit more detail where possible. I think I'll stick to 10 mins or less though as for me it's an important break-point and there are full-on video reporters out there doing 20 min reports so I really want to undercut that. I may look at a brief army description at the start though 👍

Your army seems overly reliant on the catapult. You may want to consider trading the skeleton spear men for archers, since they only see one or two turns of combat.
The White Sword can only be taken on infantry and chariot mounted characters (i.e. not dragons). Thanks for the great report!
I was the high elf player. He listed the sword wrong, I took the blade of leaping gold so should be fine.

I love battle reports but don't enjoy dudes pointing at things and rolling dice for two hours. I prefer your style much more.

This was fantastic! I really enjoyed the quick pace, though being a bit more specific would be nice. "casts buff spells" feels too vague, could be +1 ws on swordmasters, +1 ld on spearmen blah blah blah. Either way, lovely video!
Thanks for the support. Yes it's a fine balance I suppose, a lot of the time I think I'm not going to be able to remember what exact spells went off each turn unless they're important ones though, but I'll try to include a bit more detail where I can
