This is my favorite movie ever. My first two tattoos were the "snowflake" she stepped into (actually it's more like a compass because snowflakes are 6 points) and the water spirit (the water horse in the beginning). I cried when I first saw this in the theater. Lots of people don't like it as much, but the hard lessons and messages in the story really resonate with me. Loved your reaction as always!

I think I like the second movie even more. The hardship that Anna faces here, her true desperation and misery, is a vivid and painful depiction of life that Disney rarely succeeds in showing. They're great at redemption, not amazing at showing pure defeat. Her song after Olaf goes is so heart breaking but true. Elsa becomes a true adult in this second film. She finds her voice and her place in this world, finally. Everyone in the film experiences more pain than they did in movie 1 and it's both hard to watch and just absolutely beautiful.
The songwriters basically said that when you have Idina Menzel as your lead vocal performance, you're going to do your best to write her a beautiful song, and they definitely did that, also with "Into the Unknown"!
It’s lovely seeing this piece touch you, despite you not knowing the plot yet, or what this moment really encapsulates for Elsa. Definitely watch it - it’s a beautiful movie. 😊
I love that even without the context for the reprise of the lullaby and the voice it's still amazing. It's even better when you know that and have the context, but this song is amazing in every single moment :)
Part to is in my opinion better than one and this song is actually my fave from all Frozen and Frozen II songs. And in this song lyrics all the story is expleined,. Many people didnt understand the story and put bad comments on the movie, i talk with people and opened their heads many times and than they were lik oo now it has sense. Like what she is singing, we know she was serching her whole life for the answers, and now she sings "I am found" like basicly whole life she was serching for herself. Thats so beautiful

I have issues with the movie and definitely don't like it overall as much as the first one, but I love 90% of Elsa's story in it. And this song might just be my new favorite song from Disney. There's a fan edit that actually gets rid of the music and focuses on the ambiance of the cave and echoes and such. That's my favorite version.
