synopsis: Three years after her coronation when Elsa celebrates Autumn, she hears a mysterious voice. She follows that voice along with Anna and their friends as they are forced to uncover the truth.

It's theorized that Elsa actually did pass away thus completing her transformation as the 5th spirit. That's why she stays with the spirits and is the spirit that links both worlds.
Both Anna and Elsa froze completely before (Anna in Frozen 1 and Elsa in Frozen 2) though from Anna's actions freed them both also. The "bridge" having two sides maybe even Anna's a sprirt (some critics mentioned that Anna felt too drawn to Elsa in Frozen 2 though Anna didn't hear the call like Elsa did). Though both have to have a foot in each world and involvement with both though each one more connected towards one side.
Well, rest assured that Frozen 3 and 4 will make this theory how possible and accurate it may have been, impossible and stupid simple because of sequelitis. Freaking Disney.

@@AngelJD I think it's more simple... As Elsa says, a bridge has two parts and their mother had two daughters. Elsa is the magic side, and Ana is the human side, that's why Elsa has powers and Anna doesn't. They are both the fifth spirit.

Ahtohallan was using their mothers distress call to summon Elsa so she could find out the truth behind their ancestry.
Personally I like how Kristoff realises that Anna has some important stuff going on and makes sure that he is there to support her
Olaf recounting the first movie is absolutely the highlight of this film 🤣
I genuinely love this movie, both as a sequel and a Disney film on its own. I love the darker themes from the first film, and the music is banger after banger. And it was nice to see representation of the Sami.
Fun fact: the writers didn't decide on what the voice was until around a month before release
I have a feeling that Seb totally missed all the references and inspiration that Kristoff's song had. That song and the whole scene during it is the most fun part of the whole movie for me. When I saw that I couldn't stop laughing.

I am one who listens to plenty of songs from movies, especially Frozen 2 (and songs from tv-shows as well!). So magical, most of the songs in this movie

cool fact: the Northuldran are based from the Sámi, who are Indigenous to the Sápmi (current Norway, Sweden, Finland, Russia). I thought, as an Indigenous individual, this was pretty cool to see. I had the pleasure of meeting several Sámi at a Indigenous unity event a few years back where we met different tribal groups from South, Central, and North America, and several Asian and Northern /Eastern European countries. It was really fun getting to know everyone and understand that despite coming from different Indigenous groups, we’re similar from some traditional culture practices, views, attires, and the unfortunate colonial experiences.
I heard that after Frozen 1, the Sámi council and parliaments contacted the studio to ensure an appropriate representation and made sure the movies were dubbed in North Sámi for the audience there, and they loved it. So they had a good collab and consult for the making of Frozen 2 and hopefully will for Frozen 3!

The salamander's name is Bruni and the water horse's name is nook and the wind spirit's name is gale (named by Olaf) the giants dont have names 4 some reason

The northaldredge song they sing when they first met Anna and Elsa gives me brother bear vibes, or at least late 90's, early 2000's Disney vibes.
Olaf is not impossible to hate when he comes in the form of a talking toy and your then toddler keeps pressing the carrot nose to make him talk. That is when he comes up missing.

I just started the video but the thing the mom did to annas nose actually works. I do it to my sister all the time and it calms her to sleep!
Here's my Frozen 3 pitch:
Anna and Kristoff are finally getting married, and so is Honeymaren, to someone else in the tribe.
They decide to have the weddings together as a means of uniting the two cultures together, but it's as the wedding prep is going on that Elsa realizes she's in love with Honeymaren, and Ryder is in love with Kristoff.
They both decide they have nothing to lose, and decide they need to tell them how they feel.
Put whatever adventure you want here.
Time comes, and they chicken out, but only because they decides to first out themselves, as a means of testing the waters to see how they'd be accepted.
It goes dead quiet, and everyone's staring at them, and they both run off, thinking they just ruined everything for everyone.
Elsa talks to Anna, paralleled with Honeymaren talking to Ryder about their feelings, and insecurities, and both come to the same conclusion they need to talk to the person of their affections to clear the air.
Kristoff tells Ryder he's flattered, but he doesn't feel the same. Ryder is disappointed, but he understands, and ends up dancing at the wedding with someone who actually does like him, and that's where they leave him.
Elsa almost does the same thing, but after everything, can't bring herself to do it.
The tribe leader finds her instead, and tells her that they'd never reject her over something like that, so while Elsa may not have her feelings returned, she at least now knows she'd be accepted.
Now its the wedding day, but already, there's something wrong. Now it's only Anna and Kristoff getting married, and there's no sign of Honeymaren.
But determined to not ruin Anna's wedding day, they decide to have it as planned, though Elsa is still worried about ehat could've possibly happened.
Then she gets a surprise: Honeymaren shows up in a pretty dress and tells Elsa everything:
Apparently Elsa was not the only one who the tribe leader talked to the night before, and after a long talk with her husband to be, they both had to be honest and say neither of them were ready to get married, and had only almost gone through with it because they thought that's what the tribe expected them to do.
They called it off, went their separate ways, and here we are.
They kiss, and everyone cheers.
Flash forward however many years you want, and this time Honeymaren IS getting married, complete with a fakeout where Ryder is walking down the aisle with a woman, only, surprise: they're just guests, and it's Elsa and Honeymaren.
Seb's face when Olaf says 'nothing is permanent' had me dying 😂
Anna: "the dam it still stands!"

As fifth spirit that is connecting all 4 other elements, Elsa could communicate with all four spirits. Thus her having some sort of power to control the elements. (Not exactly her controlling the elements, it's like she's asking for help from the other elements)

Considering you mentioned I'm still standing from Sing (which is sang by Taron Egerton), I was wondering if you've watched Rocketman? I personally really loved the portrayal of Elton John.
The "5th spirit" that bridges the elements and humanity is the Avatar, hence, Elsa is the Avatar of her world. 🙃

I'm 29 and I absolutely LOVE the Frozen franchise, particularly Frozen 2! I watch both movies atleast once a month, and I really enjoy watching it with my niece (she's 6) too. She always wants to watch it when we're together (unless we watch the original The Little Mermaid - both our fave Disney movie), and she loves singing along to every song with me, which is lovely and really cute.
The soundtrack to Frozen 2 is incredible, especially "Into The Unknown" (both versions - the original and by PATD!) and "Show yourself". I sometimes just put the soundtrack on in the background while doing housework, or listen to it if I'm just in the mood for Disney songs.
Honestly "Show yourself" gets me EVERY TIME, you didn't show much of it in your reaction but the song still had me in tears lol. What an epic song!
All the songs from Frozen and Frozen 2 are really good (or better), and there genuinely isn't a song I don't like. "The next right thing" is also great, and gets me emotional every time I hear it.
"Let It Go", "Into The Unknown", and "Show yourself" are so impactful and I really enjoy listening to them, even though I tear up every time, especially when I listen to them together.
I'm Pansexual, Disabled, and house bound, and for some reason I find all three of these songs really relatable, impactful and empowering. I don't know why but I relate so much with Elsa, more than I have with any Disney character since Ariel. It's wild to me that I can be so moved by someone singing and even just by reading the lyrics.
Disney definitely got it right with these movies, and I hope we'll see Frozen 3 at some point :)

Honestly I liked the original script more but specifically its ending (Arendelle gets destroyed), that post credit scene makes more sense with the original storyboards where Elsa’s castle gets destroyed when She freezes, but it was a good sequel, can’t wait for frozen 3! Also you must watch all frozen shortfilms : frozen fever, Once upon a Snowman and the best one Olaf’s frozen adventure it really is good (they happen before frozen 2 and that post credit scene will make more sense after frozen fever and those little snowmen).
