40:15 - The way he pops off after such a close game against a 13 year old kid...cringe doesn't even begin to describe that. One of the most painful popoffs I've ever seen and that's really saying something given how many smash ultimate tournies I've seen.
Jak is such an underappreciated player. His Juri is amazing and his reactions to many plays is friggin' quick. He lost too many grab/throws in this which hurt him imo.
I noticed that, while Noah is still Drive Gauge thirsty, he seems a liiiiiitle bit more chill on it, that might have been what tipped the odds in his favour. Gg Noah I'm looking forward for that trash talk!
I think Dual Kevin became very nervous during the fight. You can really see the point when he started to play quite bad. But still, Noah starts to shine and become one of the best players.
So.. I'd like to know if it's just me but.... I don't really like the idea of people from countries that have events that qualify you for a Capcom Cup, able to go to other countries that have them and take the slot. I'm all for cross country game play and tournaments, but the reason they have them in different regions is to give those regions the best opportunity to get their slot. I mean, what if Japan and US dominated every event? That doesn't sit well with me... Maybe that's just me though.
Its not so much slot for a country/region that having too much good player,I rather they just dominate Capcom Cup qualifier than some weak region’s qualifier.Let’s take a look at the top eight from the last Capcom Cup, seven Asians and one Canadian.
But they are given the chance with these events. It's coming to their backyard and if they can't hold it down it's on them to get better. The only excuse ever is the expense of travelling and this eliminates it (alongside world warrior)
Well I'm Dominican and I don't see the problem with players traveling to every region and fighting for these CPT spots. At the end of the day is an open double-elimination tournament. Like, Mena went to Cream City Convergence in the US midwest and took the spot away from an American. Nephew got his CPT spot on Singapore, Leshar (Korean) took it away from the japanese killers at their own Super Premier. So having strong international competition at Global Premier events is what draws atention, views and locals to participate and attend. Hopefully for next year, CAPCOM returns to a point-base CPT like before and we get to see more internationals travel and compete. I want to see the best of the best come down here to the DR and have our boys challenge them, and even more now that Blink Respawn will remain a CPT spot next season.
Wow that was such a great performance from the tournament champion. I cannot believe how good he actually played but he also had quiete a luck that his final oppopent wasn't in his best shape at that time.
Play yolo against a professional in old fighting games and you and me (casuals) are not winning a single match, thats the difference. This game is mixup full screen into corner + throwloop, boring in my opinion, fun as it looks to others. GGs to Noah it is one of my favorite players to watch, no joke.
Time stamps:

1:23:26 - CrossoverRD (Dictator/Ken) vs Blaz (Ed)

Great Tournament! Amazing commentary too.

Yeah, he really turns it up in offline tournaments
Menard looking like a proud father in the back 😂
Noah has completely won me over as a competitor and player persona. Haha. Get your flowers young man. You deserve them, manin!
Love Noah's aggressive style
I noticed that, while Noah is still Drive Gauge thirsty, he seems a liiiiiitle bit more chill on it, that might have been what tipped the odds in his favour. Gg Noah I'm looking forward for that trash talk!
Yeah for sure. I wish we had stats because it looked like he was having one less burnout a match

Menard : "They don't have an answer to what I'm bringing". Nain Jr. destroyed his Gief and Blanka on his turf, twice 😆.
And against the character he drop and said wasn't tournament viable.
@@akilcharles3473 Don't disrespect my boy Luke, he gon' make you pay.
@@akilcharles3473karma😂😂😂😂
And the character he dropped has won the tournament 😅
@@charlesparre897Mena will drop anything for anything broken/overtuned.
Do they replace rob TV's blood with red bull before these events?
Jfk that energy.
Highlight of this tourney are the Chileans!
Noa 😂 went crazy.

Damn not Mena getting smoked!
He seems to play like a random but it's Controlled Chaos
My boy have worked hard to finally pull off his big major win to qualify for Capcom Cup. You deserve it Noah
I've always hated Rasheed since SFV so I'm glad Noah won.
How old is Noah?
21 I think
21
Yipes hilarious
Something unholy happened in this tournament for Noah to win
This top 8 is fouuuuuuuuu

Congrats! I want him to win a big prize.
Who is that JR? Who dominated Manard like that
Time stamps daddy?
Glad that dual Kevin won over moist
I can't believe Noah won after they nerfed the crap out of Luke. Respect
wasn't much of a nerf he's still a top tier lol
No shield can stop these spoilers.
MENA COULD OF KEPT THIS COMPETITION IN USA IF I KNEW HE WAS GONNA GET SMOKED AND EMBARRASS US IN DR LIKE THAT 🤦♂️🤦♂️
congrats superbown
no DR in finals like ever
Ain't no Latinos in there Lopez lol
@Deeman-212 im spanish.... badgirl
Crossover sold soooo bad
yep. that was just DUMB!
Cringe Noah.
Check the Noah's behaviour, Capcom.
He is so ridiculous.
Nah he aight
You hating. He's 21
Love Noah, though I do hate that SF6 allows that kind of yolo playstyle. Good luck at Capcom Cup!
people been playing yolo since sf1
