    Running related, are you a naturally fast runner or did you work on improving your pace? 🤗

      it was hidding in the bottom haha! oh that’s something i’ve built! and I always say that being “fast” not only depends on your natural progress as runner, but also where you are mentally, weight, how much you want to pudh yourself…. so while I have improved my aerobic base and I’m faster than when I started, I’m not the fastest that I’ve ever been cause I was lighter before, and was doing very intense crossfit on the side. But I’m happy with where I am now :).

      for reference, I did my first 8km race when I was 15 at 6:45min/km! And my half this last may at 4:53min/km, so yes I have improved a lot if you see the whole picture 😅. everyone’s progress looks different and is not a steep line either
