Thanks. There's guys that shove it in there. The spring centers are pretty close to the S10. But I didn't do that. I narrowed it to run equal length shafts and welded new spring perches on
Hey - What is the purpose of the ZQ8 rear frame brace, where did you purchase yours and does it bolt onto the frame mounts under the cab or bed or the truck?
The thought is that it helps stiffen up the frame. To what degree it actually does is up for debate. It's just a stock GM piece that came on all ZQ8 and Xtreme pickups. I got mine from a junkyard for couple dollars. Drilled two new holes and bolted in place
The whole country isn't on lockdown. We've never had a lockdown in South Dakota. I also have an Explorer 8.8. I'm not narrowing as it's the exact width I need for my 37 Chev PU. However, the pinion isn't centered on the axle so my driveshaft will be cocked to the right as well as pitched to match the engine.
Beautifull job . What black is the frame? Satin? Low gloss? . 👍🙏🔥
You didnt have to c knotch the rear....what width is rearend...i am using a s10 chassis to put 41 body on it .i appreciate your videos
Did you have the rearend narrowed or leave it stock width? I’m assuming it was from an explorer.
What kind of big break kit is in the front of your s10, i cant find a kit to fit in the spindles
Bro i love the hole setup its really clean awsome
Looks great!
Thanks!
everything looks great. I love the quality of the work
Thanks! I'm not going for any over-the-top SEMA type stuff, but what I am doing, I'm trying to do as best as possible
Good job, thats what im going to do to my 99 xtreme!. Btw does the explorer rear axle fits directlly on the S10? Thanks.

Why did you put a Ford rear end in?
did you upgrade or change your steering gear box, if so what did you go with.

Do you have a parts list for front suspension?
Why did you go with the Tube 'A' arms ?
Helps with ball joint angle and camber curve. Not necessary for just a one inch drop spring, but helps the overall geometry
@@CheekyGarage thanks Tommy
looks good im going to be doing the same 8.8 swap down the road on the subaur

I'm considering the same rear setup, but I might run sliders on the rear. I saw that somewhere and it's supposed to help launches.
How can I contact you?
2 7/8s is the amount you have to cut to be equal. You can drill those axles to get your 4.75" S10 lug pattern...
