Most shooting games back in the 80's and 90's were just a mish-mash of non-sequiters like this. That didn't make them less enjoyable though.

That was one heck of a weird looking game!
At the end (12:51) he shows three close ups of three different bad guys ask what they are. Here are my guess.
1. A robotic eggplant.
2. Eggs? Three eggs stuck together?
3. A slice of toast holding a knife and fork.
This is random, but are you ever gonna review Zombie Nation? I noticed you showed footage from that game in another video. Also this game kind of put me in the mind of that one, though instead of a disembodied head flying around wreaking havoc it's a tomato.

The last boss reminds me of those chopper things that you use to cut up veggies into small pieces o.o
Wow, you uncovered some Tomaday forms I hadn't seen before.
BTW, if anyone out there ever sees this game: Play it. It is VERY fun.
You forgot that there is also a cloning item that spawns another tomato, which can also mutate into the other forms like you. So, you can have multiple of those weird forms (like the lizard and carrot, or two cats) to cause chaos!
You have to work together with AVGN! You both so great!

You think this video game is weird? There is a video game called "Metal Black" created by Taito in 1991. That video game was the weirdest shoot em up video game ever. That video game is so weird I doubt it was ever released in America because imagine Taito's version of the "Winners Don't Use Drugs" screen in an arcade game where you control the ship into shooting ships all the way from Earth to a land Nintendo ripped off in the 1st game in it's franchise 1 year later & somehow never got sued by Taito for using the dream land name & the bosses "defeats" are not defeats & I don't know what they are then at the last level, you are at a place that is extremely confusing because the background keeps changing & then after you defeat the last boss, the game tells you that the pilot does not know if it is real or just a dream but Taito was too lazy to make the game tell you what happens next on both the good ending & the bad ending after the bad ending that tells you that the player's defeat causes alot of ships to launch off to the last boss leaving you with more questions than answers instead of leaving you with more answers than questions.

Hey dude its like twin bee or parodius, dont have nothing special weird. I saw video games you analize, like revolution x or altered beast, hey dude, altered beast dont have nothing specially weird, its only a great sega arcade with a good imagination, that s all. I recomend you take a look to games like l.s.d dream emulator (psx), zombie nation, armadillo and Nemo dream master (this 3 for nes), hard head (mame)Boogerman (snes and megadrive),bravoman (turbografx), kenseiden (mame),Galerians (psx) dark tales from the lost soul (psx) rez(dreamcast) Illbleed (dreamcast) and this are only a few examples about what i consider really weird games.And I am not gonna talk about indie games, you can find a lot of games moore on this genere. There are thousand of weird special games, No offense but for me, some of the games in your videos are topics and are not weird, al least, in my opinion.
