    नींद आनेमे 15 से 20 मिनिट का टाइम लगता है पर उठने का टाइम तय होता है कि 7 घंटे की नींद होती है मन तो ओर करता है कि सो जाऊ पर काम। भी तो करना पड़ता है । चुट्यो के दिन अलार्म नही रखना पड़ता इसलिए 10 घंटे की नींद मिलती है अपने आप ही 10 घंटे बाद उठता हु तो ताजगी का अहसास होता है और लगता है कि नींद भी पूरी हुई है।

    हाँ ,जागते हुए नींद की भरपाई की जा सकती है... यदि हम किसी ऐसे काम में लगे हैं जो हमारे survival के लिए जरूरी है ,यदि ये मोड़ भावनाओं से भी जुड़ा है --मसलन ईश्वर ना करे लेकिन यदि कोई हमारा बहुत अपना तकलीफ में है या उसे हमारी जरूरत है तो हम ,जाग जाग कर भी अपनी नींद का कोटा भर सकते हैं /पूरा कर सकते हैं,,,from d age of 15 to 55 ,I hardly slept ,ven I started having nap ,I got up just in 30 min -finding myself scared because pf this weird kind of experience ,sleep proved itself weird to me,,,thank you BBC

    i am 41, and what i obserserved so far that, if i had deep sleep than 6 hrs is quite enough daily but at night only, day time sleep never let you feel fresh. otherwise 8 hours minimum is good sleep for us.

      It's not meditation, every one is different some people 4 hrs sleep is enough for some 7 hrs, 10 hrs

    I'm suffering from serious insomnia. Sometimes my night passes without sleeping, something I wake up in mid of the night and stay awaked till the morning. Even if I fall asleep, I wake up in a short time say 15 minutes or less. I feel restless, empty headed and headache pain most of the times. Insomnia is worse than death.

    I'm suffering from insomnia. Sometimes i awake whole night so Doctor prescribed me sleeping pills. And this sleeping pills help me too sleep five or six hours. But now i leave this medicine and trying to sleep without medicine. But after watching this video i think three or four hours is sufficient for sleep.

    I felt its effect on my whole body I have been suffering from depression and insomnia, within these years about three and a half years I could not sleep properly even an hour, my mind would always be running all the time. The sleep disorder with this condition actually hamper all my well being. within this time. I suffered a lot. Now I've recovered from such a situation but it's really hard

    Me bolta hu ki neend poori lo 8hour ki lekin log sone me kya rakha hai hamara or body ka natur , natur ne banaaya hai ise insaan bigaad rahe agar neend sahi li to life enjoy kar paoge agar sahi chale to 20year or jaayada jioge jo kaam aap baad me kar sakte hai

    जब आप खाने या सेवा प्राप्त के लिए मूल्य देते है तब आपकी नींद धीरे धीरे कम होती जाएगी। इस दुनिया में अच्छी नींद केवल फ्री में खाकर खुली आकाश में सोनेवाले को ही मिलता हैं। उससे ज्यादा मजा किसी को नही है।
