So…. I’ve been on this journey and I’m now my heaviest-300lbs. Like wtf. I’m back and I’m here to get what I want and 210 is the goal. No more excuses. Time to grind!

That determination is exactly what will drive you towards your goal! Recognizing where you are and deciding to make a change is the first, and often hardest, step. Setting a clear goal of 210 lbs is great-now you have a target to focus on, and every step you take is a step closer to that goal. 💪🏾
As you say, it's time to grind, no more excuses. Consistency will be your best tool here. Consider breaking your overall goal into smaller, manageable milestones and celebrate each achievement along the way. This can help maintain your motivation and give you clear checkpoints to measure your progress.
If you're looking for additional guidance, support, or simply a community that understands what you're going through, our group coaching program at We Are god's Wellness could be a great fit for you. you got this. Food for thought...after tallying all of my fitness, food, and steps, using his exact methods, I literally burned off every single calorie I ate that day and then some. Some days you'll wake up and say naw, but those are exactly the days to push through and do it. I'm not where I want to be yet, but I can actually feel the difference. YOU GOT THIS.

I am 50 years old. In June I went to visit family and had to fly. The most humiliating ( or via my new mindset....the most motivating) thing was needing to ask for a seat belt extension. I weighed 262 pounds. At the time I knew of you videos but never really sat down to watch. While at my mom's I started implementing the eating habits first and walking in the morning with her ( she had the surgery for weight loss and now keeps a routine herself). When I returned home 2 weeks later, I weighed in at 248 pounds. It motivated me to start taking your videos more seriously and doing the workouts you have here. I no longer have that "senior sag" under the arms and I am going to have to go buy some ankle socks ( these are now too tight) and a smaller size in jeans. I had no problem linking your channel(s) to friends and family trying to find a starting point. This is by far the most realistic system I have found and I have been struggling for a while.

Your videos are inspirational. I'm over 6 feet... making over 6 figures... and now getting in shape. You inspired me to eat right and hit the gym. I'm down 47lbs and my energy is up. My women are happy too. 😂😂😂
I get my 10,000 steps in by 10am most days just pacing around my house, cleaning up, working, and intentionally walking a path inside. I'm damn near surgically attached to my Fitbit.
