    I’m so happy that guys are talking about TRT. When I hit my 30s I was at my largest, I feel extremely depressed, and my energy level was non existent. I also had libido issues and I was having night sweats. I worked out and changed my diet and loss weight over the years, but the libido issues and depression still persisted. I got my T tested and it was in the 200s like his. Now it’s up in the 800s and it’s helped my weight loss and my mood. I’m happy I got it checked

    It’s crazy how you have no idea how many calories you eat during school because you’re so active and as you get older you have less time to be active but you still eat the same. Then boom. It all catches up.

    • @BrixFitness
      @BrixFitness  8 месяцев назад

      Absolutely!! It's easy to overlook how our calorie needs change as our lifestyles evolve. A good step is to start tracking what you eat and how much you move. If you need help adjusting and staying accountable, our group coaching program might be just what you need. Learn more at www.wearegodswellness.com. Let’s get you back on track!

    It's not just because of his trt, it would be if he was in the upper range and then he started taking it regularly, when you are low, below average, they just bring your levels up to what it should be, that's it, no cheating, it makes you fair and square with those in normal range.

      I mean to be fair, I lost 85 lbs and still drank. Its better not to and works against you, but you can CUT tons of calories out by going from say sugar mixed drinks to like a straight alcohol on the rocks. Should be avoided all together, but for myself I knew I wasn't going to stop drinking, so I practiced moderation and changed my habits so I wouldn't feel deprived and then derail any progress I made.

      You're right, the conversation around weight can often differ by gender, and it's important to have spaces where everyone feels understood and supported. I'm glad you appreciate these discussions. If you're interested in exploring this topic further and connecting with men who share similar experiences, our group coaching program could be a great fit for you. Low T is crazy. I was having night sweats, depression, no sex drive, no energy, etc because of low T. It affects every man differently. My doctor stated that if the person is not feeling any negative side effects from having low Testosterone they don’t necessarily need treatment. it’s really a case by case scenario.
