    How do you react when you are overwhelmed? How do you feel about emotions? In this 30 day challenge, I will be testing talking to a video camera every day. In this way I hope to break myself of bad habits such as looking at the filmed content as it's being made, talking directly to the camera like it is a person, and trying to set my focus on basically getting comfortable with the idea of bringing something to the table. #30daychallenge, #30daytalkingtoCameraChallenge

    Overwhelm happens, that's for damned sure.
    Working with people and using them as a mirror helps.
    That lack of sleep worries me. I found that my clinical depression hinged >most< on my lack of sleep. I might have missed if there's a detail keeping you up, or if that's just part of your anxiety and ADHD? OR are you just a night owl by nature.
    You're right about doing a favor. It helps both people.

      Thank you Chris! Typically I sleep 4-4.5 hours a day, with an occasional snooze from 7-8 if away from the office. Most mornings start at 5:45am and I do freelance work from 9p-2a or hit the gym from 9:45p-1a. It can be a real difficulty to keep schedules with other people and it can also be tough to say to someone: "I just can't today, I am really too tired". But , you have to be honest with people. Have a great day!
