I legit just failed my diet last week after 3 weeks of doing everything consistent. My grandma made me a birthday cake and I had to eat it all after having unhealthy cravings since my diet started. Good video bro - only criticism I have is your opinion about calories in calories out. The reason why you lost the weight is because you were in a calorie deficit - further more if you just had a big mac and fries the entire day and nothing else you would still be in a calorie deficit and still lose weight. Not the healthy way to do it but it always comes down to thermodynamics 'calories in calories out' that determines weight loss or weight gain. Good luck lil bro.

You even agree with that later on in the video (6:30) "what happens when you overeat? You're not gonna lose weight" Yeah, thats called calorie surplus - more calories in than calories out. Lets be objective here - undereat eating only junk food - weight loss, overeat eating only "good" stuff - weight increase. I really like the message of the video - you should focus on macros and eating healthy cause you need proper amount of protein to grow and fats for your hormonal balance and also the diet itself is gonna be more sustainable, but don't tell people calories in & calories out doesn't work. This video has mostly good advice but dear god do NOT follow this program 4:05 lol. Youre working the same muscle groups multiple times in a row leaving with barely any time to recover. Not to mention there is 0 mention of any leg exercises. For those starting the gym, just look up a standard full body workout program and do that 2-3 times a week.

sometimes weight loss can be easy, i was 212lbs and 5'11 and got to 190lbs in no time at all just by not drinking soda and cutting my sugar while being more physically active.some people have high metabolism mixed with poor diet where just replacing all drinks with water can get you losing weight.

I lost 80lbs in 8 months by just skipping dinner and eating a small breakfast and big lunch, making sure I eat under 2000 calories a day . BUT, I pigged out on saturdays and ate entire pizzas and ice cream and burgers so you can still have cheat days (I was 6’2 260lbs). And doing basic body weight exercises 2 days a week
So for my diet what I do is this I wake up at 9 I eat my first meal at 9:30 around that time I eat salad with boiled egg 2 of them then at lunch at around 2:30 I eat lamb or salmon pieces with salad and if I get hungry in between I eat fruit like one slice of watermelon or something like that do not eat banana whatever happens it’s very bad for you then at dinner around 8:30 I eat salad with lamb chicken or whatever my mum makes simple and drink 2L of water a day and go to the gym as well and spend around 20 minutes on the treadmill if your fat and slow pace walker at a speed of 2.5 and if your fast fat spend around 3.5 speed on the treadmill it helps and if you get legs burning it’s a good thing but if it hurts to much do a 10 minute break then continue it’s the best way of doing it also spend around 15 to 20 Or even 30 minutes on the weights no more than that try different strategies on the weights especially for the belly if your trying to lose weight also try to do lifting weights for the muscles just to help yourself do press-ups if you can’t do press-ups try wall ups these help for fat people trying to move their muscles trust me it’s a slow process but it works I’ve been doing it and it works but if you really want to lose weight fast then just fast for 3 days no food just water you will lose around half a stone and you can see the difference but trust me you won’t wanna do that it’s just not good just stick to eating healthy and drink water and gym it will help for the long run.

But if your resistance training is intense enough with your rest time being semi short, and you're gradually putting on lean muscle as you lose weight, your metabolism and maintenance calories will gradually increase, which will in turn promote fat loss. You being in a calorie deficit whiles actively watching your macros is the main source of weight loss. Cardio just speeds it up depending on how much you're doing it.

It means he does between 10-15 reps I believe, depending on if youre going for a heavier weight I guess if you want to do less reps

I lost 70% of proggres i did. I went from 100kg to 73 and after 1.5 year from my best point I started going down and down and down (tho I was going to gym frequently and even at higher bf I still looked quite good but then depression happened and now Im over 82kg, not even sure anymore because Im scared of knowing my weight, Im distgusted of myself and feel like complete shit, even girlfriends support doesnt help at all, I got her at my best and I want to be greater than I was back then. I'm going to comeback. This time without restrict diet which destroyer my muscles with the same fasting as you did (tho i was eating at 11am or 12 am and 6pm-7pm) and going to gym atleast 3 times a week for at least a year.
