Cold Coffee
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Instant coffee 2 tbs
-Pani (Water) 2 tbs
-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tbs or to taste
-Doodh (Milk) chilled 2 Cups
-Cream 2 tbs (optional)
-Ice cubes
-Ice cream 2 scoops
Directions:
-In bowl,add instant coffee,water and mix well.
-In blender,add sugar,dissolves coffee,milk,cream,ice cubes and blend until smooth.
-Add ice cream and blitz for 1-2 times.
-In serving glass,add ice cubes,pour prepared cold coffee,add ice cream scoop and drizzle chocolate syrup & serve.
Recipe in Urdu:
Ajza:

-Blender mein cheeni,dissolve coffee,doodh,cream aur ice cubes dal dein aur smooth hunay tak ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Ice cream dal dein aur 1-2 times kliya blitz karein.
-Serving glass mein ice cubes,tayyar cold coffee aur ice cream scoop dal dein aur chocolate syrup dizzle ker ka serve karein.

Icecream scoop is must or not while blending?
@@malihanaz1633 you can add it after you pour it in to the glass. gives a yummy thick flavour. Blending it in is also is very tasty

I added 1 tablespoon of Nutella and half teaspoon of vanilla essence instead of ice cream

You can make it in batches or simply multiply the ingredients according to your requirement.

hey food fusion ,,,i tried it today ,with alot of icecream nd ice ,, oh gosh it was sooo good ,,, nd heavy ,,,but i added just one table spoon of cofee so i did"nt get tht bright colour ,,but it was grt nd jummy ,,u guyz r grt

Its called a coffee froth aur agr normal garam doodh ko hand coffee beater se beat kren to coffee froth would be formed aur agr hand beater nhi hai to you can use a jar half filled with milk and lid should be tight you can shake it until you see the bubbles formed then pour it in the espresso shot done
