INGREDIENTS:
Caramel Sauce:
1 cup (218g) sugar
1/4 cup (60g) water
1/2 cup (120g) heavy cream
1/4 cup (70g) unsalted butter
1 tsp (6g) sea salt
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Simple Syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
6g xanthan gum
Frappuccino:
2 cups ice
1/2 cup espresso using instant coffee
3/4 cup milk
5 Tbsp simple syrup mixture (Sugar and xanthan gum)
3-4 Tbsp caramel sauce

I am kokab khwaja .did cooking shows on ptv nd hum TV for 26 years ...at the start of my shows the school nd collage girls who used to watch now mothers of same age daughters loves my shows ...recently I have seen ur shows I am great admirer of ur shows ...u explane so well nd wonderfull recipes...why don't u write a recipe book ..I had collected my almost 250 best recipes in my frist book which is super duper hit since 25 years ...ur book will be top of it .I am sure ...
Lots of respect to you mam , When I was a kid I used to follow you and even when we would play I would become kokab khwaja and do cooking, I still buy your books.
Brothers and sisters Kokab khwaja was beginner of cooking shows in Pakistan who taught a lot of recipies please she must be respected a lot.

So i support it and planning to make it.
I noticed as well that your measurements can serve two persons, is it possible to make it to serve just for one person? What should I do? Will i just make the measurement in half? Like instead of 5 tbsp of syrup, we can make it like 2 and 1/2 tbsp and the rest as well just to make the serving for one person only no excess?
