It's surely whip up like that if we do the same as shown in the video.. Note : powder the sugar first then add it to the coffee powder then add few drops of hot water.. Beat it for nearly 10 mins.. It definitely works 😉
U can either take crystals aur powder suger...it whips like that....tried it many times...and even u can whip it with a regular steel/silicon whisk very easily within 10 mins

Your recipes seem great. However, I have made this coffee base base twice now and tried to store it for later use... in airtight containers and in the fridge but it always loses its texture. It ends up becoming a normal black syrup with just a little sponge on top. How do you overcome this issue?
i don’t like sugar in my coffee and when i make the base it doesn’t turns light and fluffy . It only turns light in color and fluffy when sugar is added . Also beating the coffee gives it such a nice taste.
