Someone finally did it. They stole EVERYTHING from a Walmart. All that room to ride the bikes around and no bikes! Ah, but seriously, it's interesting to see a closing Walmart. I lived in this area until Feburary of 2022. This Walmart was always interesting to me because not much care was ever put into upgrading or renovating it (though it was in a very busy area of town). Another organization nearby is the Cleveland Clinic, who has a large hospital across the street. The hospital has undergone several remodels/expansions over the past several years, so there have been many rumors that this Walmart was closing to make room for them. Another big reason that may have contributed to it closing is the increase in crime in the area. In your first video showcasing the store, you'll notice 2 police cars outfront. This was a pretty regular occurrence and a reason I think a lot of people drove out of their way to Walmarts outside the area.
I think probably the reason why they closed this Wal-mart is maybe they were looking into opening a new super center in the area so location probably had to go. It could also have been that there we’re already I know a few Walmarts in the area so it could have been many reasons. This location will probably get sub divided for two other big box retailers most likely.
