Me Kenku rogue, copied Moby Duck's mating call, later attracting all of Moby Duck's minions and having an intense battle where it felt like my party was going against an army.
Going down into an underwater dungeon to fight off Moby Duck with my friends.
Filling up an entire boat with bread for some reason(I think it's cause we thought we could use bread to lure out Moby Duck).
Stabbing Moby Duck in the eye. Also, our party made the beast cry.

You’ve been out on this lake for weeks. you would guess it’s around 2am, you’re resting below deck, you hear a distant yet heavy flapping. suddenly you hear the crew on deck on night watch scrambling, their boots knocking dust from the planks above your head. You climb on deck and see the nigh sky lit by a full moon go dark as the silhouette of some great bird flys above. You hear the command “all men on deck” so you climb the rest of the way up and man a harpoon. You’ve lost sight of the beast but you can hear a distant quack echoing off the water. It could be a mile away and you’d hear it on the still water of the lake. It then swoops down, shattering the main mast and your crew opens fire. The fight persists until dawn, three men carried away, several more out of their minds. The crew is determined to take this beast down so they start chumming the water with hardtack, you hear something moving in the water and spot the the menace gently pecking at the water, it’s beady eyes staring back at you. The thing could keep a crew of 20 happily fed for weeks but you’re too stunned to shoot until it lets out a deafening noise. A quack that leaves your ears ringing bellows out from a bill the size of your forearm. It lunges at the boat, to peck but you squeeze the trigger as it lifts it’s head and your harpoon sinks into its neck, stopping the beast mid strike. The rest of your crew put their harpoons into the slain beast to pull it up onto the deck. You return to your bunk to sleep off the the nights work.

"Only a couple dozen limbs between a crew of 25." This line is made even funnier when you do the math and realize that's one limb per person except for one, which means they brought some poor sap along that has no arms or legs; and that's assuming each person has only one limb. For every person that has more than one limb, that's one extra limbless person getting on the boat to fight this thing.
Suddenly this thoroughly explains why a crew of 25 sailors struggled to fight a duck, because they literally have a fourth of the total limbs they should have and that's hilarious. The fact they managed to do anything at all is incredible.

After fourteen years, I left the sea for life upon a lake
After all the storms I'd seen, I needed a good break
I thought still waters would mean peace for me, but that was a mistake
For the place I chose was bedeviled... by a giant evil drake!
A mallard of such malice, twice the size of any man
A bill to give you nightmares, and a monstrous wingspan
You cannot hope to fight it, so avoid him if you can
That terrifying waterfowl, the beast beyond the dam
Row-ho! Row-ho! Row with all our might
Row with harpoons loaded, and spoiling for a fight
Row-ho! Row-ho! And with any luck
We'll win the day and do away the dreaded Moby Duck!
I'm not one for surrender, so a vengeful oath I swore
I gathered up me hearties, like so many times before
We shod our ship with weapons, and prepared to go to war
'Till that fetid, feathered, fearsome flying duck would breathe no more
    (Chorus)
There was bonny, brave Marie who to her arms had waved goodbye
And Handsome Jack whose duck attack left him without an eye
The Darby twins with one leg each on deck were standing by
Only a couple dozen limbs between a crew of twenty-five
    (Chorus)
The fight raged on for several hours, defend and then attack
With beatings from those wicked wings, our boat began to crack
The beast reared up to finish the job, and with a mighty quack,
    *Q U A C K*
I wrapped my harpoon in his throat and made a tasty snack!
Row-ho! Row-ho! Row us back to shore!
We'll drag his broken body back and roast it on an oar
    Row-ho! Row-ho! Barbecue the beast!
With hoisin sauce and pancakes, we will have the biggest feast!
Oh, row-ho! Row-ho! Row with all our might!
We rowed with harpoons loaded, and spoiling for a fight
Row-ho! Row-Ho! We had all the luck!
We won the day and did away the dreaded Moby Duck!

Remember playing a warhammer fantasy roleplay campaign once with some mates. The first challenge the GM had for our squad, which consisted of a troll slayer (myself) plus a magicians apprentice, mercenary and knight errant. The Challenge was to sail from Marienburg to the wasteland bogs to kill a mysterious creature.turned out it was a chaos mutated frog! Funnest game ever!

After fourteen years I left the sea, for a life upon a lake
After all the storms I'd seen, I needed a good break
I thought still waters would mean peace for me
    But that was a mistake
For the place I chose was bedevilled by a giant, evil drake
A mallard of such malice, twice the size of any man
A bill to give you nightmares and a monsterous wingspan
You cannot hope to fight it, so avoid him if you can
That terrifying waterfoul, the beast beyond the dam
Row-ho, row-ho, row with all our might
Row with harpoons loaded and spoiling for a fight
Row-ho, row-ho, and with any luck
We'll win the day and do away the dreaded Moby Duck
I'm not one for surrender, so a vengeful oath I swore
I gathered up me hearties like so many times before
We shod our ship with weapons and prepared to go to war
'Til the fetid, feathered, fearsome, flying duck will breathe no more
Row-ho, row-ho, row with all our might
Row with harpoons loaded and spoiling for a fight
Row-ho, row-ho and with any luck
We'll win the day and do away the dreaded Moby Duck
There was bonnie brave Marie, who to her arms had waved goodbye
And handsome Jack whose duck-attack left him without an eye
The Darby twins with one leg each on deck were standing by
Only a couple dozen limbs between a crew of twenty-five
Row-ho, row-ho, row with all our might
Row with harpoons loaded and spoiling for a fight
Row-ho, row-ho and with any luck
We'll win the day and do away the dreaded Moby Duck
The fight raged on for several hours, defend and then attack
With beatings from those wicked wings, our boat began to crack
The beast reared up to finish the job, and with a mighty quack...
    (Quack)
I rammed my harpoon in his throat and made a tasty snack
Row-ho, row-ho, row us back to shore
We'll drag his broken body back and roast it on an oar
Row-ho, row-ho, barbecue the beast, with hoisin sauce and pancakes
We will have the biggest feast
Oh, row-ho, row-ho, row with all our might
We rowed with harpoons loaded and spoiling for a fight
Row-ho, row-ho, row we had all the luck
We won the day and did away the dreaded Moby Duck
We won the day and did away the dreaded Moby Duck!
    (Quack)
