In this video I’ve shared my haircare routine and the products I consistently use for my hair.
Few things, I had thyroid imbalance and anemia in the past and took medication for both. But I stopped medication a year back.
Also, I’ve never done hair colouring or any treatment like keratin or rebonding for my hair due to fear of further hair loss.
I don’t know if shikakai or DIY henna oil can be used on chemically treated hair. Please do your research.

Both are equally good. Serums show results a lil faster.its better to use both in your hair care routine.

Yes moisturise your skin after kumkumadhi tailam is absorbed fully.
This oil when used overnight increases glow & complexion but unfortunately it caused tiny bumps all over my face so I discontinued.

I get mine from an organic store. If you are buying online try authentic brands with high ratings & more positive reviews. Nykaa has really good ones.
