Ive got my 2017 ram straight piped without mufflers. Still have the cats and i thought the same thing. I was actually super pissed because it so quiet compared to the flowmaster super 10. But boy that next morning. Cold starts sound awesome and when you get on it. Wow. Normal driving is not loud at all though

Sounds great but I like the fact it seems well thought out. Tips aren’t as deep as Borla. I am running aftermarket bed step and the Borla tip gets in the way. Very nice exhaust.

Are all the pipes 3 inch? Is the axle Y pipe 3 inch as well as the axle pipes? Did you notice any performance loss in low end after install? I’m considering this exhaust, but 3” piping seems like it would be counterintuitive for the hemi. Sounds awesome though. Thanks
Lol I cut the front ones in a attempt to make clearance when I had the old lift the just took them off now with the 6 inch they fit again I just need to get new ones for the front

Hey, I just got this same exhaust in for my 2019 Ram. I had to wait 3 months for AWE to get it to me because they are having trouble getting material's from their vendors. I am probably going to install it myself this weekend on the ground. I cant wait to get it on and hear it. I have a question for you if you remember what you torqued the OE gasket at the flange when you put on the AWE exhaust. It said on the instructions to torque to manufactures specs. Just curios if you remember what you torqued it too. I did read in the instructions to torque the clamps to at least 60ft/lbs. I just need to know what to torque the OE gasket flange to at the existing pipe. If you remember could you reply back. Thanks.
Live in Lancaster and just bought a 2020 white Rebel. Love all the mods and interested in the exhaust. Is it the exhaust "suite" for $1245? everything you need? If yes any recommendations on where to get it installed or pay you?? haha

It’s hard to tell from a video but it actually has a pretty bassy tone then that rasp on the rev cause of the 180 muffler but everyone likes what they like that’s why there are options

Great Video. I like my Borla Atak but i don't love it. There is also enough drone in the cabin from the Atak which is more of a reason why i want to get rid of it. To each is his own... I think the rev in this AWE exhaust is much more consistent. Please do provide an update after having the exhaust for a few months. Two questions: 1) how is the drone? 2) in your opinion is this exhaust less louder than the Atak?
I don't hear any drone with this system and it is not as loud all the time as the atak but when you are on the throttle I would say this one is pretty close to as loud I have had it a few weeks and love it
I wish that I could provide an honest opinion, but as I’ve learned with my Borla ATAK, videos never do it justice. Let’s start an exchange program… let me borrow that exhaust when you get a chance! Haha
Lol Borla is a great system but what would life be like without options this system I find provides the wild sound similar to the ATAK but and different tone that might be a happier medium for those who don’t want to be kicked out of the HOA
I installed the ATAK myself in my driveway. I have air suspension - bumped up to Offoad 2, lowered the spare tire, removed the driver side heat shield for the spare and put the factory exhaust out in one piece. You don't need a shop to do this work

AWE has a glasspack sound/rasp, it's not my my thing; but it's your truck. I am more of a mid/bass tone, the trade off is a bit more drone at cruise.
