      Many thanks! Glad you like the chapters.. I feel they are worth the extra effort

      @@LesOReilly Definitely worth the effort. It makes it far quicker and easier to locate the info that you're particularly interested in, instead of having to manually parse through the video in order to locate it.

    I didn't realize you could have to two navigraph screens simulaneously. I love this jet. Fun to fly. I enjoy your videos. When will the HJet get Navigraph and simbrief?

      Soon ... Marwan is working on the v2.1 release..

    Woow you managed to work navirgraph charts flight following for xbox? I am gonna check this out right now. I hope other developers will do this soon! You guys are awesome.

    • @LesOReilly
      @LesOReilly  Год назад

      Well NOT me :) Navigraph and FlightFX made it work ... I have mentioned it to Markus at Navigraph last month that I don't think they made it "clear enough" that the simlink is embedded in there :)

      @@LesOReilly Oh I thought you were one of the developers, my bad. Nonetheless It is working flawlessly and I hope it will be implemented on more planes. It nice to see that we xbox simmers are treated with these neat functions. And yeah I have flown a few days ago with it and I did not no about this funciton so thank you for your video!

    Great video, thank you so much! I can’t believe I can use nav charts and flight plan (even real position on iPhone) on Xbox. You made it super simple and informative. Well done, sir.
    I have a question tho, how do you change the display position at the start of the video? (That Cian/magenta thing)

    • @LesOReilly
      @LesOReilly  3 месяца назад

      1 on Xbox use the lite versions so only one of the GTCs(second will mirror) then you use the little joystick on the left of the GTC. There is a video that shows how to operate the GTCs.

    What you say at 3:38 (the Navigraph plugin overriding the embedded one) seems to be incorrect: FlightFX stated the VJ embedded plugin overrides the plugin you install using the hub. Other than that: superb video as ever. ;)

    • @LesOReilly
      @LesOReilly  Год назад

      It does. Which was not the original way the plug-in was supposed to work and has its flaws…. I needed to delete the plug-in from the files inside the vision so I could get the updated plug-in fixes.

    Nice video and informative. I'm wondering, isn't it supposed to be 33lbs for each seat, or did you add the center console? Thanks.

    • @LesOReilly
      @LesOReilly  Год назад

      Yes they are individually weighed and tagged per plane.. but the approx number is 33lbs .. The Center console is also weighted individually so I went with a number provided online and split it to the middle seats.

    Hey, I imported the flight plan from SB, and everything seems good except for the altitudes. They are consistently set at 3000 or 5000ft at each point, but they should be FL180, 250, or higher according to the SB plan. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks.

    • @LesOReilly
      @LesOReilly  Месяц назад

      Garmin does not have “cruise” altitudes. Altitudes in white are calculated based on current altitude. Since you are on the ground they won’t show higher. Cyan are actual restrictions in the SID/STAR/APR.

    • @yongliu412
      @yongliu412 Месяц назад

      @@LesOReilly So U mean i Have to input ALT manually 1by1?

    • @LesOReilly
      @LesOReilly  Месяц назад

      No you don't put any Altitudes IN that are not actual Constraints ...
      Dial up the Altitude that you are cleared to .. ie if the Controller on Vatsim puts you only to 10K to start you put 10K into the ALT SEL and climb out with VFLC -- FLC and VNAV enabled.
      it will stop/hit all constraints and then level off at 10K .. Cleared to go higher - set the ALT SEL to that higher level and press FLC again.
      There are links to the real Garmin Manuals. You can read exactly how the Garmin systems work via those.

    • @yongliu412
      @yongliu412 Месяц назад

      @@LesOReillyIf I skip entering Controller Alt at each waypoint in my Flight Plan, how does the VNAV system determine the altitude speed? Each waypoint in the Boeing/Airbus MCDU has its specific ALT.

    • @LesOReilly
      @LesOReilly  Месяц назад

      @@yongliu412 again -- Read the Garmin Manuals. I can not type out the manual for you in youtube comments. There is one normal Cruise speed with Biz Jets which is as fast as it can go with out entering Vmo.
      You only need ALT and SPD Restrictions. which it pulls from the SIDs/STARs/APRs. The rest is in the FMS climb and descent schedules which are a single entry.
      These are not airliners .. they don't need Step Climbs and Step speeds.
