Thanks for the demo. I don't know why they always show an athletic person doing the demo. I wish you would show a run down 62 year old with a lower back problem doing these things and tell us how he feels.
I was a 66 year old with a lower back problem when I started using this machine 8 weeks ago. I now feel great, lower back pain gone and my core strength is improving weekly.

agree, I used this machine many times, the way he demonstrate it isn't correct, he shouldn't move forward that far, he should push backward during his straight standing.

The demonstration is nice. The music is irritating.. always the same
