So I decided to return to my RUclips channel this year to give me a creative outlet and make an impact in women's lives. Plus using my God-given talents. Best decision ever. That's on loving self and prioritizing being my best. This is a great video 🌼💛

Wow, this was therapy on itself 🙏 ❤ Thank you Bestie 🤗 I started off this yeat by not being active on whatsapp because i used to post everyday, check people's statuses and i saw that it was disturbing. Now my new addiction is Insta and my reason is that i enjoy getting new recipes, but thats not the only thing i check out 🙈..I'm going to hold back for now because I'm going thru a self care, healing journey💝 The waking up at 5am, prayer session started off well but some days it's difficult to wake up and it makes sense when i watch your video why I'm feeling drained in the morning. The last thing i do before i doze off at night is browsing the net & the first thing in the morning, is checking my phone. I am focusing on challenging myself a lot this year including studying and being constantly on my phone won't help me. Thank you so much for the lovely helpful advice. The alcohol part is not a problem because i have a drink or 2 some weekends but i will find something to replace those 2 drinks with because my kids don't like seeing me drink. To them 2 drinks is 12 😅. I will focus more on affirmations as well. Still a lot of work to be done, one day at a time. I have distanced myself from a lot of things and people. How do I know if i have a problem and need therapy? Pls advise Xx

How can you advise someone who has already agreed to show up for certain people in their lives who are kind of dealing with a lot? Like how can I take that "agreement" back, seeing as I now have a lot on my plate? I simply don't have the time, and neither am I in the space to comfort people in that way.
saying yes in a season doesn’t mean yes forever. we are allowed to change our minds. its not like a corporate job contract, you are literally allowed to change your mind based on circumstances or even just your feelings. so you have to understand that first and from there, have open honest conversations with the people around you about what you have/ don’t have the capacity for in a season. if they truly value you, they’ll understand. but if they don’t understand then chances are they are really just draining your cup with no intention of pouring back into you & so you have to let them go
