There is something magical about House/Techno music which makes it thrive in communities ravaged by some form of hardship from Detroit to South Africa to Palestine and keeps itself underground. I hope artists in this part of the world really lift techno, infuse their cultural instruments and rhythms into this form of music and create a new wave of techno similar to what the South Africans did to house music, I can hear some of this in the Sama's track collection and I hope she becomes an inspiration to the youth of Palestine similar to how Black Coffee inspired countless youth in South Africa. This set sounds even more powerful now in times of turbulence. It's heartbreaking to see the ongoing illegal occupation, the siege, the military blockade and genocide happening in Palestine. It must end! May peace be upon you, your family, and all the innocent civilians both in Palestine and Israel. There must be a ceasefire for the sake of everyone. This is not a war between Palestine and Israeli, it's a war between civilians and warmongers / fascists. It's a war between humanity and atrocity. Revenge is not the answer.
