The Indian political issue can be solvable by sitting to gather and hammer out the details with China. But India is sabotaging the solution by more being anti China just to please American rulers. That is a big mistake from India
The reason is simple, RMB can buy more things! When a country has a large amount of RMB in hand, they can use RMB to purchase Chinese products or purchase products from countries with currency agreements with China! But when a country has a large amount of rupees, they can only be put there like paper!
@@okechukwuirokanjo8323 You can only rise if you can solve the basic problem of India and one can rise if you have money to spend. Words alone will not buy products. No country will cooperate with India if India has no useful currency. Indian rupee is not useful.
Sorry to disappoint y'all Indians but listen here carefully. China enjoyed almost 40 years of nonstop, uninterrupted, continuous progress through industrialization and export led growth in an era of globalisation and free trade. Only now is India longing to follow China's footsteps, at a time of protectionism and AI assisted automation in manufacturing? India missed the train and it's the last train! Something for you Indians to think about: half of India's population is under 20 years of age. THEY NEED JOBS and not Modi's false promises
Also, India is very exposed to the online service sector because of A.I. about 30% of non farmland jobs are in IT support and related industries in India. I feel bad for India they waited too long to open up. They will have a decade of nice growth, but that's only if the USA and China decide to move companies there in large quantities.
The PRC’s survival will depend on very critical decisions Xi Jinping makes. Unless the PRC can kickstart a healthy consumer base, I don’t see much of a future. I think the PRC embracing Russia will be the end of China as a singular Nation. On the other hand, if Jinping has an epiphany and channels Xiaoping, he could instead become the PRC’s greatest leader for all time.
Stfu don't brag your chinese bs here 😅. Chinese didn't't become rich by themselves they became rich by Western investment and the transfer of western manufacturing and technology. The west made china become industrialized where as india is doing it by itself. Without the west the chinese would still be farming snakes and rats.
"not that bad" the stupidity of an indian is why this world (even here) has never found anything good to say about you. If you are not smart, at least keep quiet. But thanks for reminding everyone how powerful China is, you pay in yuan to make them richer and dominant.
While the cross border dispute between India and China is still a hot topic, we mustn't lose sight of the fact that India and China cannot just pack up all their belonging and find a more friendly neighbourhood to live in. So essentially they have to find ways to co-exist, whether they like it or not. China's ascension is no accident. Hard work, dedication, stability, coherent governance, and above all, good planning. I am sure that India would one day be just as powerful as China. Why the optimism? Because Indian people themselves. They are very similar to the Chinese themselves. Hardworking, and intelligent. Sadly, the other superpower now feels threatened by China, and is doing everything it could to constraint China. Recruiting India as a defence/offense partner is a clear and present example. Aspirations are healthy and good, but getting sidetracked by political ambitions could have fatal results. The US doesn't see anyone as equal. It see everyone as useful tool.
Many Indians have forgotten about the 45 Trillions that was stolen by the East India Company. They have forgotten that it was the East India Company, then British Raj that had colonized and exploited India.
@@xingzou1540 There was a big gap between China and Europe before too. India deserves to be strong and rich, just like what it was in the past, before being exploited by the British.
The reason is simple .. China is the largest importer and exporter in the world and largest trading partner to 160 countries , that says alot why more countries prefer yuan over rupees ...😋
from the WTO annual trade reports, india’s share of global trade is barely 2%. it’s obvious no one wants rupees. it’s value depreciates like a dropping stone
It's the right thing India paying oil in Yuan because Russia has less things to buy in India. As the BRICS improve, nothing wrong India paying in Yuan.
This is what I was thinking. Just earn 100% profit. Take advantage of Russian oil and sell to other countries. When Russia oil goes up and then stop using Yuan.
Then where do you get your Yuan? The trade deficit between China and India is huge, India is importing more than China is importing from India. That means you should be paying more Yuan than you will have
Russia can use the Renmimbi to even pay for goods from other countries. Over 100 countries count China as their largest trading partner. It's a no brainer for Russia to dump the Rupee for the Yuan.
The problem is Indian companies are not willing to export to Russia. If Tata exports jaguar and land rover to Russia it will sell like hot cakes. But Tata, Mahindra, it industry all scared of american sanctions.
@@ParthSarthiem Ruble is removed from SWIFT not USD. Infact russians are crazy to get dollar if US allows it.😂😂 It actually cost more to india to import oil from russia even with the discount due to increased cost of ship insurance. One more thing: India’s so called demonization caused huge mistrust in Nepal. It has huge piling of Indian currency in central bank. Indian govt declined to take it back ???? How can one trust Indian rupee ???

Who dares to go invest in India with daylight robbery of foreign investors? China-Russia trades are expected to exceed US$200 billion in 2023. The reason why Russia insists on oil settlement with India in Yuan is because China is the factory of the world. China produces so many different products, including EV that Russia desires to import.
There is a difference between true patriotism and blind patriotism The former is realistic and pragmatic and the latter is purely self destructive with hatred This is truly sad,as I still think India is the weakest link in Asia Solidarity
@@ahsoontan1219 Very often the Western view of India is considered by Indians. No thanks to colonialism, Indians have a negative view of the Westerner. The bad news is the rest of Asia, especially East Asia views India as an inferior nation. The Asian solidarity actually doesn't exist, if it does it exist only among East Asian nations. India is viewed as a market but nothing else. None of the East Asian nations buy Indian goods in large numbers.
Listen carefully Indians! China has $3.5 trillion dollars worth of forex reserves. Plus China has $2 trillion dollars worth of loans to BRI countries. On top of that, China has $3 trillion dollars worth of assets globally like mineral rights, ports, start-ups, stocks, sovereign wealth funds etc. Add to that, China recorded $880 billion dollars worth of trade surplus last year alone. While India only got $500 plus billion forex reserves and India wants to counter China? This is not even a David vs. Goliath kinda thing, this is an ant taking on a T-rex 😂
Indians needs to accept the fact that,it borders issues should never interfere in it doing business especially with BRICS members,Yuan can be accepted in many parts of the world but not Rupees as the world gears towards de-dolallarization
Chinese yuan was added to the Special Drawing Rights in 2015. (SDR) is a currency basket composed of the US dollar, euro, Chinese yuan, Japanese yen, and British pound
US strategist believed China is pursuing to remove USD and using RMB as global currency. This is around 5-10 years ago where US news and senators urged the danger of RMB that will replace USD. However after many years, RMB is still way below value of US forecast. Now we can see that China is reducing the power of USD by using entire World's currency. If US gov and allies sanction a nation from using Dollars, there will be hundreds more options to trade.
Here's why. The CNY is the fifth largest reserve currency, while I can't even find the Rupee on the list. I can understand why Indians are upset, but currency nationalism is impractical and ill-advised in the international marketplace. The best would be to get a BRICS currency that is guaranteed by the BRICS Development Bank. Meanwhile, the CNY is the only available option that makes economic sense for both countries.
Yup. The Chinese Yuan is just the temporarily solution to avoid the dollar. Once the BRICS currency comes out, all the BRICS members will switch over and use that for trades.
It's a long way until BRICS currency, for meantime, as long as member countries have the determination, they can trade with national currency to avid dollar. Another good way to achieve that is to expand BRICS to accept more countries
But to get CNY you need to find willing CNY holders to sell for Indian Rupees in sizeable amounts....in the end, why would they want to hold rupees if there is nothing of value or cheap to buy from India and holding rupees would have risks in offloading to other unfortunate buyers.
1 dollar = only 50 rupees in 2014. Now India pay 80 rs.for 1 dollar......Indian rupees is loosing value.......China buys 1 dollar for only 7 yuan... ...So Chineses Yuan is powerful after Dollar......No one trust the rupees because it has no value in the world....
The main difference between China and India: When China plans something, the world would know about it once it has been completed. When India plans something, the whole world would know about it even before it starts 😂
How to avoid Indian debt trap: 1. Avoid doing business with them all together 😂 2. DO NOT except worthless rupee payment 3. DEMAND payment UPFRONT in legitimate currency or gold, only then deliver goods or services Good luck 😂✌

Few months back Palki was extolling the virtues of INR as future reserve currency and BRICS opening its own currency as Rival to the $$.Now reality has set in. INR is useless outside india , except in few places like UAE, Singapore, etc. Russia complained that it don’t warn Rupee for its oil. So Renimbi is the default currency for oil purchases from Russia. This makes india even more subject to Chinese currency manipulation. Also my question is how is india getting the yuans ? Only bright spot is that Indian refiners are getting windfall buying discounted Russian crude and selling diesel and refined products to Europe, making Ambanis rich. The arrangement suits US as cheap Russian oil keeps market stable while reducing revenues to Putin. Russia China can put a squeeze on india anytime.

India tried to complete with China for almost everything. But democracy deoes not mean India currency is more attractive. It is all about business benefit. Paying by China Yuan is not a shame but a good practice. India gets the cheap oil from Russia and Russia gets the money Yuan. Both should be happy. China is also happy to see its currenty more important in trades.

What India is participating in is an emerging form of 'currency multipolarity', this being much more than the dilution of the US dollar's footprint. It is about a new architecture of cross-border value flows anchored by data systems in which participating nations can have more confidence and which better integrates the expanding infrastructure of transportation and logistics, with the digital ecosystems of standards, blockchains, big data computation and automation. Politicians in most so-called democratic countries do more politicking than actual work. On the other hand, China efficiently walks the talk. When reality hits the ground, emotions overflow. The main agenda of the U.S is that no superpower should emerge from Asia or Africa. It's better for India and China to solve their geopolitical differences and work together as a united force. Emotions won't add a thing of value.
The solution is simple. Just cut back the Russia oil consumption to the level before the Rupee/Ruble direct trade agreement. The reason Russia runs a huge surplus of Rupee is that India takes full advantage of the agreement to boost it oil refinery industry by import 3-4 times as much oil from Russia as they used to. That may be the reason for the first time India GDP suppress UK in 2022 although India will eventually suppress UK in the long run but the sudden jump of oil refinery income certainly speed it up. It is all driven by greed.
@@Tampin111 Well said. India willing to swallow the pride and use yuan is because there are huge profits to be made from reselling to Europeans. India economy changes very little as compared to pre-pandemic, the multi-fold import increases are meant to buy low and sell high.
This is a major setback to India. It shows how weak Rupee is, in the face of the euphoria that Rupee is going to replace US$! In the face of the currency war against US$, this minor skirmish will blot out the big picture. Russia isn't (simply unable to) buy goods from India. It is a flaw in the trade between the two. All the same, it is the Russia-PRC trade that comes to the fore, even though "through India"! India needs to re-think her strategy that needs to be wholly recast. It reminds me of the words of Kota Harinarayana, father of "Tejas" aircraft. He said in a lecture, "one Tejas will bring us as much foreign currency as a hundred thousand tons of Basmati rice" ! It seems Indian planners are blind to this lacuna. Or India needs to charge high for her agricultural products that none would pay. There is a drummed up crescendo of India's successful export drive, labeling it as an achievement that is totally unwarranted. Nobody in the world is prepared to import important engineering stuff form India. What India needs to know in this respect is that her goods lack the Technology demanded. Among major countries, India stands Technologically poor, by far. That she needs to know & then only she 'd be in a position to correct (you should know what to "correct", no?)

While the cross border dispute between India and China is still a hot topic, we mustn't lose sight of the fact that India and China cannot just pack up all their belonging and find a more friendly neighbourhood to live in. So essentially they have to find ways to co-exist, whether they like it or not.

Chinese yuan was added to the Special Drawing Rights in 2015. (SDR) is a currency basket composed of the US dollar, euro, Chinese yuan, Japanese yen, and British pound
India is paying for Russian oil in yuan because the Chinese currency is not weaponized like the dollar.

So Zerenziky was given the presidency of Ukraine as mercenaries of the United States. America is very involved in all the revolutions taking place in the world. supported by their media.
How demonetization destabilized the Indian economy and its middle class... now, the ban of Rs.2000... And Palki has well spoken in WION about India's extensive dependence of the import of Chinese goods.....
Modi: Let's settle oil in rupees?
Putin: Come on, we don't take butt wipes🤣🤣🤣
The China's Yuan expansion with more & more countries using/tradings with Yuan is definitely better for the world and humanity. It is fairer and more equitable with more choices; a truer freedom of choice, democracy, etc..!
If Russia could face this problem of not knowing what to do with its stockpile of useless Indian rupiis, other countries would too. How on earth will India be able to turn the rupiis as an international currency? 😂
India trade with alot of countries.....they could negotiate to do trade with both local currencies
INR can employ 1,42 billion people. for the sake of understanding.. why would India do trade in yuan when there is a choice of dollar?🤣😂 Idiot
Most important, no country want to be next Pakistan and Sri Lanka with debt games that China has been playing. Further, no one wants to go against NATO countries who are trade partners of these countries. If there's a war with the US or other NATO country, their money in Yuan will be frozen for no mistakes of theirs. Nobody wants to take a risk that can hamper their economic stability. Fortunately, that's not the case with Indian rupees. Further, India held 65% export trade for a long time, and matter of time, where India can reach again without polluting and climate change effects that are common in China.
@@hemantpanchpor And you think US and NATO dare to go to a war with China? Despite how weak economically Russia is US never dare to go to a war with Russia. There are a few countries that US and NATO never dare to go to a war with unless they are under attack. These countries are Russia, China and India. India without pollution? India is now more polluted than China. 19 of world's most polluted cities are found in India.
Foreign companies money is not safe in India, judging from what India done to foreign companies who cant even pay Royalty fees to an American company, or transfer any of their money out of India to even make a payment.
Currency multipolarity and digitalisation go hand in hand and China is a leader in the development of digital currencies.

When Russia wanted to take those rupees to buy something produced in India, India refused to sell it. Hahahahaha, India has stomped on India's monetary credibility with this move, it's so stupid

Hmmm ..... If you look at the value of the indian rupee over the last year, since dropping US dollar, its has risen significantly against both the ruble and the yuan. So maybe , just maybe ..... Everyone else in the world knows something that the USA is trying hide ?? 😊

How can you compare China a developing country to the Nuclear Vely Strong Super Powder of the World INDIA? Some say the Universe. 😂😂
You only tell half of the story India made huge amount of money by reselling the oil to mainly Europe
@@Tampin111 Well said. India willing to swallow the pride and use yuan is because there are huge profits to be made from reselling to Europeans.
India economy changes very little as compared to pre-pandemic, the multi-fold import increases are meant to buy low and sell high.
Burnol moment for burnol moment for palki Sharma 😂😂😂
Why it can't be with Rupee?? Take a wild guess.
There's nothing to explain about this. What is Russia doing with rupees? Buy cow manure?
This is a major setback to India. It shows how weak Rupee is, in the face of the euphoria that Rupee is going to replace US$! In the face of the currency war against US$, this minor skirmish will blot out the big picture.
Russia isn't (simply unable to) buy goods from India. It is a flaw in the trade between the two. All the same, it is the Russia-PRC trade that comes to the fore, even though "through India"! India needs to re-think her strategy that needs to be wholly recast.
India is poised to export her agricultural produce (only the so-called third world countries) only in a big way, that will fetch less in comparison to engineering good & such.
Funny thing is that India buys a lot of Russian oil in rupees, leaving Russia with tens of billions of Indian rupees in its hands. @@warpeace9610
This seems to be the real problem, kept away from public view. India, in her selfishness (to replace US$ with Rupee) is ditching her friend. India must do something to correct the situation. Rupee is yet to become strong (it is still a long way) to replace US$. Do something about it.
When there's a train accident in Taiwan, Chinese mainlanders and Chinese people all over the world would feel sad. Because they all felt a deep rooted bond to the Chinese people of Taiwan, as if they're all one of a kind. When there's a train accident in Odisha, Indians from other states do not have the same feelings. Because "Indian" is not a race, it's just a geographical expression
