According to reports, India is buying Russian oil with the Chinese currency - Yuan. The Indian government had earlier warned against using Yuan. However, some Indian refiners have payed in the Chinese currency for oil imports. Will this help China to internationalise Yuan? And why are India and Russia not dealing in the Indian Rupee or Russian Roubles?

Why shouldn't India help China Internationalize the Yuan? You admitted that the rupee is virtually worthless because it is not convertible. If the Rupee can be strengthened by more vigorous trade with Russia and China, it makes a lot of sense then that It uses the Yuan with is a currency that is stronger than the Rupee and also Stronger than the Rouble. China doesn't want the yuan to be used because it is falsely propped up on a collapsing intternal situation where the chinese public have no buying power. Their expensive trains and poorly build buildings are collapsing while the housing market is overburdened with loan debts that have not even been built because of mass fraud in the market. A high yuan as internationally traded would increase the costs at home and not allow tracking of the yuan across the globe.
