My son said tonight in our study... "Dad...Does Paul know God? He seems like he has actually met him!" We had a great discussion about how he could know God too through his word.

because young people are being destroyed because of there lack of knowledge, it applies to all ages too. When we don’t cultivate a mind of Christ by learning His ways and His heart, we are very doomed and succumb to the ways of the world

I have so enjoyed these so far. I have been watching them with my children who are very young, but my 6 year old has REALY been paying attention. For him to retain just one thing would be a great work of God. Even my 4 year old has listened in a tad. Praise God! Really really thankful.

Love this teaching ...even though I am an adult. Something that jumped out when you were talking about kings and authority was Rev 1:6 where God’s people are kings and priests. And so the idea that the king of Israel has to know and be in Gods word daily is also applicable to us. For Jesus is the King of kings and Lord of lords.
Jesus is coming soon, get saved, repent, and follow God’s will

I am 63 and only in the last four years or so read through Proverbs with a young teen I was teaching. I recognized many of the scriptures as those rewritten in secular "self-help books" over the years! Proverbs, I think, should be required reading for all new Christians, not just for young men and women.

This lessons became so special to me... Thoses times are so dark and strages for me, and I am in a deep dificult with the feith that I forgot many important and elementary things about Christ. I really thank God for him used this lessons and Paul!

Words cannot express my thanks to you, Mr. Washer, for this study and your other study books. I am using these videos for our 13 and 14 yr old. When we complete this I plan on moving on to using, "Knowing the Living God" workbook. More than anything I want our kids to have a Biblical view of God! Then, by His grace, they will have a Biblical view of themselves, sin, and how badly they need His salvation and His power. I'm doing what I can as a parent but I can't fully stop the candy coated filth of the world from getting into my home or into their lives. It is only by the power of Christ through the Holy Spirit that they will love and choose Him. Thank you again for ministering to my children. 🤟

That’s is one of my favorite verse, I pray that over my children. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Wisdom ties into knowing the Lord.
7:24 It is so true what you're saying here pastor. My father and mother never gave me advices on how to navigate through life, or what is right or wrong. And if they did I never trusted them because I considered them naive and from different different generation. I had to go through so many trial and error and the result was emotional damage and time wasted. I learned it the hard way not everyone has to go through this to learn. Otherwise what is the point of having a parent? And if you don't trust your parents, find a mentor who you can trust. Thank you for this valuable teaching and god bless! I join to the "I am not a young person but I find this very helpful" club in the comments. I am a convert since 2013 and still find it challenging to tell everyone that I am Christian. Prosecution is real.
First I would like to thank you for your teaching. It has always been a tremendous blessing to me! In this video you gave me an answer that I have long been looking for. You explained, that it should in fact be “Learn and Live” and not “Live and Learn” for our children. I am saying this as a parent, who has been wondering if I am too protective and being told that children, who do not constantly spend time in groups of other children their age would one day not know how to behave “out in the world”. How would you answer to the statement that I hear so often, namely “Children need other children their age”?
