Definitely a sweet van, I like the front the front bumper alot... definitely wouldn't want the high sides on the roof rack. Box on the rear bumper looks handy but it blocks the rear tag and tag light. How are you getting around the tag issue?
The OG!! The metalwork on that van is incredible - from the fitment of the ladder system to the cage inside, to the tube bumpers, this is a 4x4 piece of art!! Rick will be the undisputed chevy van King until Weldtec comes up with something EVEN sicker...is that even possible??! Might have to fly or be amphibious to top this one ;)
Another great video, definitely need extra backup lights with a Chevy Express. The build mistakes are really helpful, maybe one day you can do a video on that and this backup camera you're running now would be another good video.... oh, I almost spit out my drink on the phone book joke!
@@WeldtecDesigns I kinda think I would love a quigley or maybe a Weldtec conversion van better. I have been looking....226K miles and northeast winters have taken their toll on my AWD Express...
So, what are your thoughts on our first van bbuild we did back in 2016? Or even a full roll cage, would you consider that?

Was hoping to see the slide-out bed I the back.
Next time i will be sure to get it.
I had the same roll cage inside idea even long before I've seen this!
Man, I'm not crazy! At least not the only one...
I love the cage inside ❤ Awesome design by Weldtec
Cool RIG !!! I am working on my Chevy Express Van build. Not a 4x4 a4x2. You gave me many ideas.
Thanks Guys.
So Sick!!! Full cage!
Yes it is pretty awesome in a van!

Love my Express AWD...what do you have for them ? I have a Boulder Off Road 2" lift...226,000 miles and still going strong.
Unfortunately we don't offer anything for the AWD Express's 😕

Yeah, the purpose of a roof rack in a huge van is to have a place for your lights, maybe some fuel cans and to make it look like it m3ans business
Great Van set up. What is cost and lead time to complete?
We built this van in 90 days and 1000+ hours going into it...... 150k
Do you do interior van builds for camper vans?
He needs a Roadtrek 190.
Where did he get the recliner seats??
From us! Those are our custom seat conversions
Dope. Can u put them in the front seat on a swivel?
