Just wondering....when the front display goes out and there are no forward windows to see out of, what happens?

My exact thought. Your telling me you want to control one of thee fastest vehicles we can make, and your relying on a camera to see??

Pilots are trained to fly on instruments, flying and landing with lack of visibility is something that every pilot is already familiar with. While definitely a challenge, it isn't the impossible danger it might appear to be.

Good idea, but everyone I know has seen a tv or computer monitor blow in their lifetime, so I’m not sold on flying a supersonic jet blind !

Flight displays and avionics systems aren’t as cheap and low quality as those tvs and monitors that aren’t required to be checked on regularly that you mention.

@@CarneyAsada101 It is also a test plane. It will only be flying a limited amount of flight hours and given the testing will cost tens of millions, I'm sure they can swap out a monitory every 25 flights or so.

One may think: ‘Wow the future look bright with this new technology.’ But the truth is, this technology is being released to the public because it is old and outdated according to the new technology we have. What this new technology is???? we will find out in 2064.
