Never been fishing , or had any desire to , but have always found Jeremys' programs to be totally fascinating and addictive . What a guy !
I dislike fish and they make me nervous. I own every season of any show he's ever done. I love watching anybody do what they love and he's such a professor. I'm never going on a trip with him though...

I like Jeremy's show. It's fishing, travel and nature doc all rolled into one.
I always felt like this guy should be in the movies. Has an intense stare and presence. It's awesome.

Watched River Monsters on TV from 2010 to 2015, amazing and exciting show. Found this and subscribed immediately. For one that love fishing for salmon, steelhead, trout, etc., I appreciate Jeremy's enthusiasm and also why this show/videos stand out. My all time favorite was the fresh water giant ray.
Mine was that crazy African Tiger fish !

Still remember when my sons shared this show with me back in the day when I was home sick from work. Was instantly hooked "No pun intended" and would watch every chance a new episode would come on. Need this show to comeback to Animal Planet

This is fascinating ! I have never witnessed something sooo cool in fresh water
I saw a slough off the Mississippi River that was absolutely packed with catfish, about five acres and five feet deep, it was 3 parts water and one part fish. They were a very uniform 18" long. I believe there was at least 100,000. Never seen anything like it

Love this series. At a fishing themed kids camp i went to years back we recieved River Monster promotional rod/reel combos. But i wish it had more of a scientific commentary on water biology / ect

That is one of the most aggressive and intimidating fresh water fish I’ve ever seen! Would not want to be in the water with a cut in where near those beasts . Great show , delivery and commentary Jeremy ! Thank you!
About 5 years ago there was a petshop on Long Island, not far from New York City that had several of these sweethearts on display.

What a great sight. Never saw this many tigerfish when I lived in Africa. Tigerfish and Clarias cats are some of the best eating fish on the continent. Whenever I had a run like that, I always gave away any fish I didn't want to the local villagers who didn't have the means to catch fish as large as that.

I saw something like this on the West coast of Ireland when I was a child.
A shoal of sprats were chased by a shoal of Mackerel, followed in turn by dozens of Dolphins. All were jumping out of the water.

Catfish or barbel are good to catch. Tigerfish are amazing to catch. Nothing can beat lake kariba, the zambezi river and okavango swamps. Congo river tigerfish are the biggest monsters. These places must be on your bucket list.

Landlocked sockeye salmon and enough to turn the river red. Big black jaws and long teeth up there in order to spawn and die.
