Thanks for your insight! I agree, the swirling bokeh effect of this lens is really cool. I’ve actually already taken it apart and cleaned it a bit, which helped reduce the haze somewhat. However, I've chosen to maintain a bit of that low-contrast, nostalgic look because I really love the unique character it adds to the photos. It’s great to hear your thoughts on this

I totally agree! 😊 That’s actually what I ended up doing, and technically the quality improved a lot. Although, I do miss the previous look a bit-it had a certain charm, even though I know it’s for a more specific use. Thanks for your input!
@@MaxVegaKun looks really cool! Even though you cleaned it, you could throw a warming filter and a soft focus filter on it to retain some of the hazy glaze that the missing lens fungus lent to it 😃
