Keep in mind that I've been riding bikes for at least 5 years so experience isnt an issue. I mostly do trail riding but would like to get into racing so is a crf250rx the right choice? lmk
Try another two stroke if you like them. I haven’t had any issues with two strokes yet. Obviously a 250 is gonna be heavier but they are about the same size. Also keep in mind a 4 stroke will need valves done every 10-15 hours. But the 250rx isn’t too bad of a choice if you are looking for a good four stroke race bike
Crf250R is a good race bike but probably not the best trail bike, nothing wrong with riding it trail though, if I wanted a 4 stroke trail/race bike I would go with a YZ250F, you do trail more than race so go with a 250FX, 4t gonna be heavier though by a decent margin, which could be a problem with you being 125lbs. 4 strokes gonna need valves adjusted, 2 strokes gonna need a top end, that's just how it is. 4 stroke is also a better trail bike it you go on long rides, it's quieter (to the rider), it's more fuel efficient, and you can fill up at gas pumps without carrying oil (assuming you aren't getting a 2t with EFI). In my opinion 2 stroke is a better race bike, 4 stroke is a better trail bike.

If you put oil in it after you fill it up it might work but there’s a higher chance that you will blow it up that way because you can’t mix it the best

& the 150 does good. It's got 24 horses. & it light. Do you wont get as tired. Fighting the 250 is s drain.
What bike is better for someone who has a little experience with bikes but is 6”3 165
I wish i could have a bike like that
Yea. They are a lot of fun
Did u put new tires urself?
You probably won’t see this but I’m 5’7” ish and 135 lbs and I’m a beginner would you recommend the 150rb?
Yessir
@@DJsGarage another question, what’s the difference between a cfr150r and a cfr150rb
Wheel size
@@DJsGarage thanks my guy
Thinking about getting the 250r as a dirtbike I haven’t driven dirtbike before so it would be my first I’m 16 5’11 I used to drive 4wheelers (450r) should I get the 250r?
250f is a better starter bike
Where did you get the newer style plastics/graphics on the 150?
Ebay
Just starting to get into riding would you recommend a 125 or 250? I’m 5”10
125 fourstroke
125 2 stroke, probably not, 250 2 stroke, probably not, I would probably get a 4 stroke, try a 230. Definitely not a 125 4 stroke.
I’m new so I might sound stupid but......you know how you have to “mix gas” on a 2 stroke does that mean you can’t just go up to a gas station and fill her up
If you put oil in it after you fill it up it might work but there’s a higher chance that you will blow it up that way because you can’t mix it the best
DJ’s Garage ok thansk
Yeah but you need to take oil with you. People usually take Baby bottles filled with two stroke oil with them in a bookbag so when they need a refill they just dump in the amount they need
I need some help deciding I have a crf125f big wheel right now and I’m outgrowing it and I’ve had it for a while now and I’m wondering on what to get out of these two I’m not racing but I’ve got a little track at my place that has jumps and stuff not big stuff but u get the idea and I’d love some advice on which one
150rb
Great vid, what’s that song you put while you were loading up the bikes?
Not sure but It got copyrighted lol.
What is the best hight for the 250r
i’m 5’6 which should i get ? my friend said 150 to start but mancuso doesn’t have it only 250
Do u guys that have 150r like the bike I’m getting one in a week
Very reliable bike
I'm getting an '07 this week
Just to check back in I got a 07 and it needs a little carb work and the clutch was a little messed up but overall it’s a perfect bike 👍🏻
I've got an 2011 and it's really good
Perfect bike
What would be better for trail riding and maybe a little bit of riding on a small track
150
You have a rekluse on 250r? I have the 2020 crf250f and love it for trails
No. I do not have a rekluse. The 250f is a trail bike so they’re really hard to stall.
How do u like the 2020 250F?? Im 5.5 and own a 19 150rb...its fun..quick..but lookin for bugger bike. 250R r too tall...but can tip toe a 250F...but curiouse if ill LOSE power n speed...ANY INFO WOULD BE GREAT. THANX
Chris peoples get the 250 f im 5.6 and my friend has the 150r, and its way too small knees are way up. Just picked up the 250f and smokes the 150r. If your on the smaller side you may not be able to handle the bike very well because it weighs 265 pounds
@@REAR_VIEW_MEDIA f has less hp than a 150 dude
Where is the versus part of the video?
Hey I'm thinking of selling my 2005 kawasaki kx85 and getting a 150rb or the yz250fx. It's really hard to figure out because I like that the fx is a trail bike and the rv is a smaller displacement. I honestly wish yamaha made a 150 version of there bikes. For example.
Yz150f
Yz150fx
Wr150f.
Then I would for sure go for the fx.
If you still have the bike do a video on how to clean a carburetor on a crf110
I don’t have my 110 anymore but check out my videos. I have a few on how to clean the carb. Especially my crf 230 carb clean vid should be about the same as your 110
Thanks man keep up the great work
They have EFI so there is no carburetor.
What would be good for a 5.10 160 pound beginner thank you
125 2 stroke
Yessir im 5 7 and 150 pounds a great bike it keeps up with my feiends 450
DJ’s Garage do you think a kx100 is to small
It might be I would shoot for a 125 2 stroke
Where do you get your bikes from?
OfferUp and letgo but mainly Facebook market place Bc bikes go for cheap there
Can you let me know if you get another 250 four stroke
Do they have same size on wheels?
I don't have any money to buy a new dirtbike so I still have a 72cc Chinese pitbike. I'm 6'2 153 pounds
Ok so I got a question I got a yz125 and some one wants to swap me a 150rb is there much size difference
Yes
im about 5'8 should i get a 150 or 250?
250
Nice bikes! 👍🏼
Thanks 🙏
I cut off my finger on a 250 r
What. That’s crazy
Sick
How?
Same dude basically
Almost got her back on my handlebars hit a fence and my finger was 1st connect
I was wanting a 150r but can it rly keep up with the 250’s
Yea. The thing is super fast
They are fast af. I have an 07 that’s other than an exhaust is stock and it will gap 250x’s
Brett Cunningham small or expert?
Zestooo expert but with small wheel gearing for more top end.
Do you think I will fit on a crf 250r if I’m 5’7
Yes. I’m 5’8” and it fits me perfect
How can I find 2020 style plastics for a 2005 cr85r
Can I buy the 150
I’m looking for a new bike. I had a 110 before. Should I get a new 250f or a 230f?
If you’re more aggressive get the 250. If you’re just casually riding get the 230
DJ’s Garage well a little bit of both. I love to wheelie and jump small things. The thing is the trails around me are super rough so that’s why I was thinking 250 but I wasn’t sure. Thank you
What kind of camera do you us
When I’m riding I use a GoPro hero 5 black and then I’m just recording I use my iPhone XR
I’ve got an rm85 and it rips
Harry Stallard Yes rm 85s rip and snort
drag race them pls and top speed run for the 150
I got a 150 and my brothers got a 250 once he hits 4 gear he starts pulling away but they are the same off the gate
@@ljsterry7879 id assume do. both hondas?
Can a 150 take adult weight (75kg) for moto, or would it stress the frame too much?
I'm 6ft 200lbs
No issues
Your a pretty good rider too bro
My 2011 crf150rb sounds the same as your 250r
Seat heights?
37” and 34”
u should make videos of modding ur truck
Sure will sir
It says so on your side panel
It’s a big wheel. Those are aftermarket graphics
Oh
Honestly the 150rb is better in my opinion
250 is where the real power is tho
What are you on? 4 cylinders and 2.5L ?! Dude that’s 0.25L and only one cylinder.
Nice bikes
Thanks
Yo please hit me back I’ve been here since day 1 your a big inspiration to me 🤝👌💯
Thanks. I appreciate the support 💯
250F is faster. It's got a good Growl. Twin exhaust. 150 is cool to. Team unicam
Dude you gotta be wide open on hills to gain anything
watching at 11.8k subs
How tall are you jw
5’8”
DJ’s Garage Thxs
Pretty sure your truck doesn't even know there is 600lbs in the back.
Well im still stuck with a chineese bike cause it was my first clutch and its actually a well built frame bike. It will jump anything really but im so good already with the 125cc that dad said i need something way stronger
Ive already whipped😄 a throttle on bigger bikes so i may need the 150rb but it expensive cause where i live you need to ship them
Everything is more expensive on Puerto Rico😒
Im exited to get a bike like this, its a quality bike 👌
Just in case my current dirtbike is a peace moto 125cc dirtbike
Check it out its the best beginner bike for any kid for sure
Be sure to search up the orange one the frames change and the orange one is the one with the quality frame
I’m 5’5 and I rip a 250
4 stroke
Braydon Beshirs yz250 2 stroke
Sick🤙
Those aren’t made for trail, but overall nice vid
ur bars are so far back on the 150 it makes me uncomfortable
I have a 150r
Do u like it I’m getting mine in a week
Nice!!
Anthony Duran same bro. I got 1200 saved up right now. Just need like 1300 more. I found one for 2400 in my area. It’s a super clean 150r too. Im excited but I just need to start working again to buy it😭
Yaseen Ali ask him if you can do down payments
Zestooo damn I actually ended up getting a 2002 YZ125 and I love it. Definitely a bike I might keep forever
Just i get a 150 if im a new rider (im 5’3)
The rb stands for race bike right?😂
The R stands for race the B stands for big wheel
There is no competition because you are comparing it with something 100 cc’s bigger than it
The 250 is basically a step up from the 150, there is competition, the 150 is pretty powerful, and the 250 is obviously more powerful, in fact I’m trying to decide which one to get, this video is helpful to many people.
John 3:3 : Jesus replied, very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born again
Amen
That is a 450
The 150 looks like the bars are too low….
I was watching until he said ripskeee
Lol dang
It's not rb it is just r
