It's not so bad that it's terribly unwatchable... it's just not very good, either ... nor even mildly good. That's the forever problem with comic book movies now. Marvel set the bar so high pre-Endgame that if a movie doesn't bring a tight package--acting, script, tight story and pacing, quippy dialogue, emotional depth, characters that make us care--then anything less is considered "bad".
I agree, we might make a video pointing this out as “the endgame problem”. I think these mid movies would’ve done great during the early 2000s along side daredevil and spiderman, but now, we just want more.
