This is my Do it yourself deep conditioning mask for curly (4C) hair routine altered bi weekly depending on the condition of my hair.
I recommend watching the video throughout as I give important information about each ingredient.
Ingredients
1. Plain Yogurt - yogurt is full of protein which provides the nourishment hair needs for proper growth and health. It has lactic acid, is great for cleansing the scalp and clearing away the dead skin cells to help your hair grow properly.
2. Bhringraj Powder- Bhringraj is an Ayurvedic herb which is known to help activate dead hair follicules and strengthening hair. It helps in your hairs overall hair growth.
3. Amla Powder-- High in vitamin c, amla produces collagen protein which helps promote hair growth both lengthwise and in thickness.
4. Msm is sulphur that the body can take up. Sulfur has been proven to lengthen the growing phase of your hair. A longer growing phase (before resting and shedding) means longer hair. It also helps create bonds essential to strengthening hair. Dissolves well I’m vitamin c this why I paired with Amla
5. Avocado Oil contains folic acid which helps which helps thicken hair and prevent hair-loss. It also has vitamin a which nourish and protect hair cells. It also had vitamin e which helps reduce breakage.

Let me tell you guys, these ayurvedic treatment are the bomb, l use henna powder,amla powder, shikaikai,aritha, neem , man and flaxi-seed powder and fenugreek powder my hair doesn't shed at all. My hair is a few inches to my waist now. These powders work like magic. I did my ayurvedic hair oil too. My hair loves it. Great video darl
