That is my motto.
I am a german car driver with 20 + years of driving experience and as you could have guessed: I love cars. I show you how I drive from my POV with two onboard cams. There is “no speedlimit“ for me, only the limit of the car can stop me. I demonstrate acceleration tests ( 0-100 kph / 0-200 kph / 100-200 kph / 200-300 kph ), high-speed-runs and test drives on the German Autobahn / Deutsche Autobahn. With my videos I want to give you a real and raw driving experience with all type of cars (manuel, automatic, electric, hybrid) and all the noises that come with it. So let‘s find out how fast I can drive, shall we? But I have one last message for you: Please don‘t test your limits on the streets when you don‘t know what you are doing. Soy un conductor de automóviles alemán con más de 20 años de experiencia como conductor y como habrás adivinado: me encantan los automóviles. Te muestro cómo conduzco desde mi punto de vista con dos cámaras a bordo. No hay "límite de velocidad" para mí, solo el límite del automóvil puede detenerme. Demuestro pruebas de aceleración (0-100 kph / 0-200 kph / 100-200 kph / 200-300 kph), así como pilotaje a alta velocidad y pruebas de conducción en la autopista alemana / Deutsche Autobahn. Con mis videos quiero brindarte una experiencia de pilotaje real y realista con todo tipo de coches (manual, automático, eléctrico, híbrido) y todos los ruidos que lo acompañan. It's actually pretty fast. 😀 I have a Golf Mk2, but always loved the 2f Polo, especially the coupe (schrägheck) version.

У меня сейчас такой, только белый. Литр, 45 сил, 93 год. И 140 для него не предел, он и 150 едет. Отличная бессмертная машина. Из минусов - богомерзкий моновпрыск и проводка, которая от времени часто перетирается, гниёт и рвется, после чего комп не даёт движку работать. Когда-то из-за переломанного проводка где-то в недрах этой ракеты, мозги перестали видеть датчик коленвала, благодаря чему был заменен трамблёр, свечи, бронепровода, катушка, генератор, стартер, сцепление, привода, подвеска в круг, замок зажигания, лампочки все, тормоза передние, дверные ручки с замками и стеклоподъемники. А оказалось, что всего-то надо было один проводок спаять...

Κάποτε είχα ένα τέτοιο polo coupe fox του 1987 με 4 ταχύτητες κ 45ps. Θυμάμαι ότι η τελική του ταχύτητα ξεπερνούσε τα 150km/h. Καλό κ αξιόπιστο αυτοκίνητο!
I have the 5 speed box conversion, so I should be a little faster in mine. great little cars.
May I ask if you have any more info on the gearbox conversions? Was it a option at the dealership or something like that?
I always thought mine was a bit of a Frankenstein's monster because it has a 1.0 engine with a 5 speed gearbox.

I had a 1989 with the same engine. Broke the 4 speed gearbox so replaced it with what I could find: a 5 speed! I managed a 165 km/h going downhill with two friends on board! That was 26 years ago! Still remember it, I loved that car... Maybe find one as a collector car some day...

Me too, had the Box Type Version, also swapped the 4 Gear to 5 Gear. For its rather low engine power it had a quite good performance because of its low weight and can be driven in under 5 Liters per 100 km if its necessary; normal consumption was about 6-7 Liters. Also had a 1.3 Coupe with 55 Hp. Especially the Box Type was very useful; it even can take a washing machine without problems - something you can barely do nowadays with cars of the same size.
can you remember if you were using the 4th or the 5th gear to do that speed?
@@davenotgrohl5288 5th gear. The last gear wasn’t a economy gear like for example the Ford Sierra I had. That 5 speed gearbox wasn’t a huge upgrade but was a plus for sure.

@@NoSpeedLimitGermany Yes it is, last year of selling was 1992, at least here in Spain. Other models very interesting to watch: xtype 3.0 awd, many old alfa models, but V6 would be awesome, lexus is200, montero did 200cv, puma with yamaha engine...

20 years ago I had an opel kadett E 1.6 -75h.p. with 4 gears , this think can reach 190km/h
It's the Polo I use every day, I confirm that it reaches that speed calmly and without problems. The stock brakes are good and being low and wide it is a fairly safe car.

I wouldn't really call the Polo wide. Especially this variant.
It's really amazing where it can manage to squeeze through, there are spots that others would only dream of.
Also, what engine does yours have if I may ask?

. Vw Derby 1978г в.. разгонялась до 150.. очень не хватало 5 передачи.. по городу очень быстрая.. и на 90-100 всего 5 л бенза.. сейчас мечтаю купить здесь в Европе что то подобное- наверное vw polo fox 86c.. кузов универсал больше нравится..

Nicht schlecht für 45 PS, der 2015er Opel Combo meiner Eltern hat 95 PS und braucht länger auf 100 (27 Sekunden).

Ich hatte 13 Jahre lang den 1984er 86c mit 40 PS und nachgerüstetem Kat. Man lernt fahren mit wenigen PS 😉 und Autobahn war ok. Aber im Gebirge mit Gepäck waren wir dann selbst in den 80ern so eine Art Wanderdüne...
Würde ich heute nicht mehr machen.
also ohne scheiss mein 75ps Peugeot Bipper Geschäftswagen läuft kein Stück besser :-D

I'm 6-1 too and it fits well. Maybe you have to take a seat before buying because you have different ratio from upper to lower body than me. 😂

I have the same Polo now, it can run faster, about 150-155 km/h. 1 litre, 45 hp, 93 year, all stock.

Tatsächlich ein treues Auto. 4 Gang 45 ps sehr gute rundumsicht, geringer Verbrauch, leicht, klein aber geräumig
@@christiankoehne3718 Das hoffe ich auch. TÜV heute leider nicht geschafft, eine Hinterradbremse zu schwach und CO-Wert zu hoch. Aber sonst alles gut.
Das bekommen wir auch noch hin.
@@bergolli1 konnte einen für 500€ ergattern, nix durchgerostet ohne Mängel durch den TÜV, bloß der Lack nicht mehr schön
@@christiankoehne3718 Meiner ähnlich, hat 350 EUR gekostet, waren viele Neuteile dabei, vieles schon gemacht. Rost nur eine Stelle.
Wenn der am Ende 1.000 EUR gekostet hat (hab u.a. Fahrwerk, Bremsen und Reifen erneuert), ist das immer noch ein guter Kurs.

@@NoSpeedLimitGermany Ich auch!! Vor allem bei Golf IV und Passat B5 oder was das war, weil die verschiedene Tachos hatten. Hab immer geschaut, ob 220 oder 260 drauf standen.

@@Rob-326 this car so fun but also scary, the grip is non-existant. In my country, wet roundabout was a lot of frights for me
@@DrunkNeltey Interesting. For me rain had no issues. Grip is ok. Depends on how well you can master the clutch if starting from a standstill and how much you steer. Because if you steer at an extreme angle and go fast, ANY car will have issues with turning.
For me roundabouts are fun in the winter. You can just feel the rear of the car slide a little bit, but not enough to be out of control.
The thing that is a bit more scary compared to other cars is the fact that there's no airbags.
So we die like real men! xD
Yah roundabout is a lot of fun for me in rain or snow I manage to power slide her now but sometimes when I go to fast she gave me a lil' 360 that's scary as well
