I watch the championships it was great a lot of new people. I was surprised about Alejandro but he still a very great puzzler. can’t weight for Karen to drop her video of it. I really love your content girly ❤
I do flip, but I always sort at the same time. The idea though, is to have every piece right side up before I start. Saying that, a 500 piece is easy to flip without sorting, you have a lot less pieces to worry about! I do love a 500 piece because I know I'll never not finish it no matter how hard it Is :D I was thrilled to see Kristin win the Individuals, she's fantastic. If you get the chance to watch her in the world's from 2022, you'll see how she started out, puzzled one handed, and still beat almost everyone :D I must admit though, I did find this years worlds much more chaotic! I didn't like the way they threw all the videos into one lump either, made it harder to find what you were looking for if you hadn't been able to catch all the rounds live. I think they might have to find a bigger venue if it keeps growing at this rate! I'd love to go one year, just to soak up the atmosphere and buy puzzles :D
I don’t think my brain is capable of flipping and sorting at the same time (at least not quick enough for speed puzzling 😅). I saw a lot of people rooting for Kristin but I didn’t realize that she’s the same person who was known for the one-handed puzzling! That’s cool! And I agree, the stream and everything did seem a little chaotic. I’m hoping Worlds will be in the US soon so I can go too 🙂 I don’t think I’d compete though lol
I try to do a flip and rough sort at the same time. I used to have dreams of competing in puzzle competitions, but I've found that a leisurely pace is my comfort and enjoyment zone. Watching the competitions is excitement enough for me
9:40 that one handed calm puzzle technique 😆 that's great ! 10:39 the music in this section was so fun - you were Moving and making progress on that puzzle ! 12:30 okay this music !!! 🎶🎵 I love it !! Great video again :) :) Super cool puzzle (on my wishlist) and I loved all your music choices. I can tell you had fun with it ! Another one to get and do again later on.
My parents taught me to flip all the pieces when I was little, so it’s just part of the process. My puzzling style is peaceful and contemplative, so learning about speed puzzling was something of a surprise. I’m amazed at their speed!! This was my first time to see a competition. So exciting! I binge watched a bunch of Karen Puzzles videos too, lol! Wish me luck, I just found two gradient/rainbow style puzzles at Walmart today. I’m so intrigued by the ones Karen has made with Ravensburger, but the piece counts totally intimidate me, so I got these two 300ish piece ones for now. Finding them IRL kinda blew my mind, so I couldn’t resist even though I have absolutely no business buying more puzzles.
Aw that’s sweet 😊 I really want to try out Karen’s Ravensburgers too but that 3000 piece puzzle of hers scares me 🤣 Congrats on finding those puzzles! Let me know how you end up liking them 🩷🩷
I was trained by my grandmother and mother to always do a full flip right away so that you can see what you’re working with. You’re just making it harder on yourself by not doing so because some of the information about the puzzle is hidden from you.

Thanks Nicole! And I’m excited for Karen’s videos too 😄

It looks so bright and happy! I haven’t tried Completing the puzzle you definitely will have to give us a review on what you think of them.
I’ve been liking it so far! I’ll try it out for a little bit longer and then I’ll be sure to do a review 😄

That was smart of them to teach you that 😊
