Hi. Can I ask how would you know what to add colors in layering? I'm kinda have difficulties on it.
Just look at the image and find all the colors you are going to use and start coloring with light or darker color first according to what you think is best for your process as it is only going to be your base color and slowly start to dark the color and then blend it. (You can also use Color Picker for Artist app to find colors for your art, I highly recommend this app if you have trouble finding the right color)

Do you have certain color lyers for shading versus highlight versus midtones? Do you work all those colors out before starting your project? Or do you have a set “recipe” based on various skin types?

When I put 50% French Grey on the paper does it look much darker. How can it look so bright when you use 50% French Grey?

I tried colored pencils but they take way too long lol. I only have 2 colored pencil videos because it takes so freaking long lol and I'm not even trying to do realism. This must have taken literal days to complete

Is this the skin colour set?
No but I started with the portrait set and it was great. You can also make black with it by blending blue indigo and dark brown

Gusto KO lang itanong, anong brand ng pencil ginamit mo,at paper🤣
Prismacolor Premier and a very difficult surface paper(Orange branded vellum board), that you won't find anywhere other than the Philippines.
