Advocating for irrigation projects - Kapchorwa gets a 17m water supply and sanitation system

The Minister for Water and Environment, Sam Cheptoris has called for the establishment of irrigation projects in Kapchorwa and the Sebei region to enhance agricultural production and foster wealth creation at the household level.
He made these remarks while officiating the commissioning of the newly constructed Kapchorwa water supply system in Kapchorwa Municipality.
