The advice on women is true. They can take everything thing you ever worked hard for including your children. Look up Common Law marriage in your state also. Women are men's legal dependents and if a woman lives with you long enough you are legally mandated to give her your money to take care of her even if not married. Remember, assets vs. liabilities, women are liabilities with 100% risk vs return on investment.

As a professional in the Culinary Industry, I can't agree enough with what Matt says about the importance of DIET. Eat REAL food, not processed, preferably sourced locally, and reduce or eliminate sugars and carbs in your diet. Practice intermittent fasting and keep caloric intake down. A person can do a ketogenic diet without the test strips and all that nonsense. Keto can REVERSE insulin resistance and pre- diabetes. Sugar is an inflammatory and eliminating it can help back or joint issues. Fix your diet, and it makes it EASIER to exercise. Diet, fellas. It's the key to everything.
How about 60 years old, skint and broke; wish this had been known to me years ago, still looking good though as I have been eating very well since my late 20’s my health has include my inner spiritual growth as a priority , life is good once we become conscious ; thanks M

It´s all truth ,he says....I took care of my old parents I loved all my life..I did it for seven years and really forgot how to live and really don´t know where to start with...I eat halthy food prepared by myself,excersize sometimes,have my own house and three cars....To marry?Why ,for Christ sake? To create family? It´s too late...8-(( I just find some entertainment,maybe learn to play piano or learn next language,but it´s not necessary to have wife or girlfriend for me..just enjoy second half of my life...Thanks for your advices !

Car is a liability if it's not helping you to achieve what you want.Buying a expensive car just to display your status is possibly the most shallow thing that you can end up doing. Same with a house. Women otoh more often than not make you upgrade your life so that she can be seen as being married to a successful person. If you allow a woman to dictate terms, you will end up upgrading and paying for years for things that you mostly don't give a shit for.

Dear friend, all the talk you're giving is really positive and idealistic. But most people are the slaves to the system without having the manuvieribility to shape their future. I know many intelligent and hard working men at their 40s and still driving inthe hemster's wheel without hope.
I know many men like that too, still living in the blue pill matrix, still a victim of their poor decisions they made in their 20's....marrying the wrong woman, stuck in the wrong career, past demons, alcoholism, drugs, etc. Though I also know a powerful handful of men who are making things happen for themselves and reshaping the world, regardless of their past. At the end of the day you have to ask yourself, am I playing to win or playing not to lose? Am I a wolf or a sheep?The latter always ends up losing in life, always. Best be stoic my friend, the obstacle is the way.
It’s awfully easy to coast in life. Then one day you look up and you’re over the hill and out of options. Engaging your life is key and don’t allow yourself to make excuses. If you don’t like something about your life, figure out a way to change it. Daily evaluation of your life, habits, goals, methods, patterns must take place.

There are much smarter men out there than me, the only difference is I've always made the most of what little I have & never make excuses. I work hard & do my best to make things happen everyday, including taking risks. You can do the same. Don't wait for someone to hand you success, go out & get it. I grew up poor, by Haight & Ashbury in San Francisco, our family was poor, my grades sucked, but I learned to follow my strengths & that's where I've always found success.

I never had the chance to be around girls. Do has I my and as hard as I my. I have never been liked or given a fighting chance. With a girl no matter how much work I put in to it. Its littly made my life a living hell. But keep up the good work. Hopefully it will find its way. To someone who can learn it. Unlike myself.
