WOW, great video, especially for me, I'm still learning handeling my DIY CNC machine, this is a great help for me, thank you for the effort to make this type of video's. I really like the manufacturing with F360 video's...
Thank you for your comment! You will learn how to efficiently run your DIY CNC machine and when you do, please share how fulfilling it is. When I learnt (am still learning) how to run a CNC confidently and efficiently, it was very fulfilling. We are happy to share along in your journey :)
These two videos just changed everything for me. I have been being lazy about fixturing in Fusion, but this is the next level I needed.
Awesome! Thanks for letting us know. Hope you find more benefits from our other tutorials too. All the best!
Awsome tutorial. I`m going to try it out on my Haas TM1P and Kurt 5`` vise next week.😁
Thank you for the encouragement and comment. Let us know how things turn out for you next week!
Keep it up !!!! I have learned more in the past month watching your videos than i have in 2 years using fusion! Your teaching style is perfect! Thank you!
Well, that’s a nice message to receive! Glad you enjoy our teaching style. Keep up the great work with your learning too. Stay tuned for more tutorials.
I've been using this setup for about a year and I can say that I feel extremely confident when I go out to the machine to run my program because I have the identical setup in Fusion 360 as my machine has. I learned about this type of setup a while back but I was always a little confused on the second setup simulating the vise. So I finally inserted a second vise for the bottom setup. Thanks for taking the time for producing some really informative tutorials. Much love and gratitude.
Thank you for the comment and support!
Same with me. When I started using vises and even machine tables in my setups, it was a game-changer for me. I also started implementing a standardized WCS. To this day, the new machinist with very little experience has been able to change jaws for several different jobs without any crashes for a few years now. Pretty amazing what can be done with a little knowledge and some awesome software.
Thanks again for sticking with us and your encouragement! All the best!
Love your tutorials! Picked up some great tips!
So glad!
